Truly wonderful breakfast. The woman working the breakfast remembered how I liked my coffee from the first day and was kind enough to serve it to me again. Really seems like everyone working there is happy at their job and it gives a GREAT ambiance for the hotel. I was comfortable and well treated ball 3 days. Definitely coming back next year.
Great staff, comfy beds and amazing breakfast at a very fair price! Thank you

Sun-kissed Riccione is an Adriatic resort of lazy days and crazy nights. Although you can find a bit of peace and quiet if required, the amazing nightlife is the prime attraction. Summer is ushered in by the inappropriately named Pink Night, a week-long event where absolutely everything is painted pink.
The best bars, restaurants and discos are interspersed between designer shops along Viale Dante and Viale Ceccarini. Both are near the long, sandy beach stretching all the way to neighbouring Rimini and overlooked by a whole host of beachfront hotels and apartments available on Booking.com. If you happen to tire of relaxing under a parasol with a good book, there are plenty of beach activities and watersports on offer.
At one end of the beach is the Riccione Terme spa, and cycle routes run past here and up into the hills behind the town. In these hills are 2 of the best Adriatic Riviera theme parks: the Aquafan waterpark and Oltremare, an adventure complex with a dolphin lagoon. There is also a dolphinarium in Rimini, in addition to Italy in Miniature.
Of course, some visits are for work not play and the Riccione Conference Centre is an important events venue, easily reached from Federico Fellini Airport.

Location was excellent a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Small supermarket 2 minutes walk. Very clean and exceptionally well designed appartment with a great coffee machine, fridge , microwave and dishwasher.
The host Roberto met us with the keys when we arrived. Roberto could not have been more helpful and accommodating during our stay! I would highly recommend staying here and we will book again without hesitation next time we visit Riccione! Great experience 😃

I have always liked this place and we stay in Riccione quite often. I like the sea, the big beach alley. If possible, we stay for more days, take bikes from the hotel and go around the city. Favorit pizza restaurant Alba.

Lovely restaurants and great shopping, however it felt a little too industrial for our taste. The exclusively private beaches which results in a beach strip with 30 rows of sun loungers all across the beach takes a little bit away from the beauty. And as with any "tourist traps" be aware of pickpockets. More than once when i left my partner behind at the hotel to do some shopping alone, i was being followed by some pickpockets until i engaged in direct eye contact.

Riccione is a lovely location with kids especially. Beaches are absolutely gorgeous and a lot of private beaches and beach clubs to choose from.
No old town which is a bit of a minus but other than that there's a lot to do and see and you easily get there by train and visit also other places nearby easily by bus or by train.

Riccione is one of the best place ever.
Riccione is one of the best place ever. The beach is enormous and you can choose where do you want to enter. I found beach number 65 and 66 the best. In the beach 66 was filmed the '' Under the sun of Riccione''.
Another thing is the commercial area. I couldn't believe there are so many shops. The restaurants are beyond expectations. I personally find the Italian cuisine very tasteful and it is not only pasta and pizza as many people think. In Piazzale Roma Radio deejay every year organize a lot of activities. Riccione per sempre. Il migliore posto del mondo!

Very busy chaotic place, however if you like busy beach resort then this is for you
Good restaurants and open late, worth making reservations
Lots of nice bars & shops too
Train station very central, less than 10 mins walk into town and a flat walk
The complete hotel staff was extremely friendly and all questions got immediately answered.. recommendations what to do were given
A really neat and nice place - perfect location.. close to the beach an bit further for night life
Pool clean and perfect to play and relax
Room big enough just the bathroom is mega tiny but for us still ok .. not a luxury bathroom - but clean - towels exchanged every 2nd day ..
Breakfast good .. only fresh fruits missing
We definitely enjoyed our stay!
Ignore the 2* rating this place is far better than that. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff are exceptionally helpful nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast is great, a good choice of cold meats and cheese, pastries, cereals and eggs. We ate there one evening and the meal was great and very reasonably priced. The hotel is located just behind the promenade with easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay there again
Excellent service and hotel staff. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Perfect coffee for breakfast. We also got with soy milk. Clean hotel. I recommend balconies. And it's great that there is a private car park. Lovely Italian pines all around. 500m to the beach. A very nice walk down a quiet street. Lovely beach and sea. Riccione is a cool place to relax by the warm sea.
Absolutely amazing! We received a warm and hospitable welcome, complete with a complimentary room upgrade. The room was brand new, beautifully designed, spacious, cozy, and sparkling clean with a side sea view. The dining experience was equally delightful, and the hotel's prime beachfront location was perfect.
Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to come back!
Everything, clean room, delicious food, distance from the beach and city centre and most importantly the friendly staff, always prepared to go an extra mile to make our stay as pleasurable and comfortable as possible. If we are to return to Riccione, we will choose this hotel over and over again.
Keep up with exeptional work and service guys :)
This is not just an hotel, its your second home. Very nice hotel, closed to the beach, rooms were very clean. the staff was amazing. everyone was very helpfull. reasonable prices, the breakfast was very good, plenty of choices. definitely will recomend it and if I will be back in Riccione, will stay at this hotel.
the location is perfect and near to Centre also the stuffs are very nice and professional in hospitality they were very welcoming and friendly especially Ines this woman is the most friendly person you will meet ever with nicer smile which as traveler needs to see once you arrived to the hotel to do the check in.
This property is a lovely friendly place to stay, it is clean and well looked after. The staff are all very good, and always happy and helpful. Breakfast is very good. The location is good only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. This was my 2nd stay at this hotel, and I will be booking again.
Very nice hotel direct at the beach. We had our cat with us and it was no problem. We just told the reception when we went out with the cat and the room has been done when we came back. Perfect service.
Breakfast was wonderful. A big choice and very delicious.
We are coming back!
Location is convenient, close to Cine Palace. Staff is professional, ready to listen and find solutions. Room I got after change was comfortable with big shower and nice bed. They give bikes for free. I could park my car just beside the hotel.
It is for sure much better than many other hotel in the area and like a superior category one.
Rooms are good and bedding super-comfortable. Bathrooms are new...breakfast is one of the best ever
The hotel has a great location extremely close to the beach and in one of Riccione’s nicest areas, close enough to the nightlife of viale Ceccarini but also far enough from the crowds.
The location of the House is about 300 metres from the beach and about the sMe or a bit more from the centre of Riccione. The beds were great, and the apt is well equipped.
The place where is situated the hotel is the best one just in front of the beach at such a quiet place. Breakfast and dinner are in the garden - this is wonderful.
