A beautiful property in an incredible setting. The staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The property has recently been lovingly restored into a perfect small bed and breakfast hotel. We also enjoyed an excellent lunch on their terrace. There is a great choice of restaurants in nearby Arezzo but a car is needed.

The hotel is located a short walk from the train station and also close to the historic city centre. We have been to Arezzo a few times now and it is just wonderful! A stunning little medieval town that doesn’t get too many visitors. Buzzing at night, and lovely, cobblestoned clean streets during the day. A super treat if you’re there during Saracino festival times in June/July or September - look it up, it’s very well worth the visit!

There is an antiques fair in the city the first weekend of each month -- best to avoid Arezzo during those weekends as it's very crowded. Also best to drive there because trains go there but taxis can be hard to come by. It's a beautiful small city and if you stay in the old part of town you can walk to anyplace you want to see. The highlight is unquestionably the Piero della Francesca frescoes in the San Francesco church (reservation needed). At night many of the side streets seem deserted but I never actually felt unsafe. On the other hand you can get into any restaurant you want and the major piazzas have a festive feel in the evening. I was there for 1 1/2 days, including a side trip to San Sepolchro, and I was satisfied with my stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed walking around such a historic city that was also so peaceful. If you are interested in art and history, then it is a fabulous destination. We had a great meal at L'Aganaia, a very relaxed restaurant with delicious cooking, obviously a favourite with locals
The room was very large and I enjoyed making espresso with the provided mocha and fresh ground beans. The walk from the train station was easy, though the place is a little hidden. If I were touring Arezzo for several days, I might choose a different spot, but we were just meeting a group the next morning.
Arezzo has a wonderful plaza halfway up the hill to a beautiful park with amazing views down over the valley. We spent a beautiful couple of hours enjoying dinner and people watching.
During our recent trip to Italy, we stayed in five different apartments, this one by far was the best. the two-bedroom apartment was spacious and had everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was also clean and well maintained. The furnishings were modern, and the kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils.
The host, Stefano, was very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our staying.
The location is perfect! Everything was easily reached on foot. Mairizio (Bini) is wonderful! He quickly replied to all texts and when I arrived, he met me at the parking garage he recommended. He also took the time to tell me the history of Arezzo and gave excellent recommendations for what to see and where to eat! The accommodations were spacious, clean and comfortable! I would stay here again!
The Bibiarezzo was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect for sightseeing, the room was lovely and had everything we needed, water, tea, and snacks for breakfast. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. But what really made it special was the attention and friendliness of the host. He did everything possible to make us have a great stay and we did.
the historical building was beautiful and the room was pretty spacious for 2 people.
the only thing is that being jn the city center there was noise late at night and early in the morning, but it is in a great location in the heart of arezzo.
the staff was friendly, very nice and very helpful with everything we needed.
Perfectly designed for a pleasant stay. An oasis for rest, eat, think and enjoy memorable time!.
We stay for three nights. Near Arezzo, this cozy hotel has the perfect combination of a good restaurant, charming people taking care of you without excess, the finest rural ambience, quietness, best wine selection…
a must
We loved our time at Sette Note Guest House! We spent a weekend in Arezzo and our room at the property was perfect for our time. The property was in a great location, we were able to walk everywhere. I so enjoyed the special design details throughout the property. I would love to stay again if I’m ever back in town.
casa volpi is a great stay for those road-tripping in Tuscany. It is a very comfortable, family-run location. There’s also a good restaurant, so you can choose to dine in at the Hotel, which is very convenient.
large, clean, comfortable rooms, good wifi, elevator, beautiful view of Arezzo, good breakfast
An excellent apartment hotel just a 15 minute walk from Arezzo centre! Welcomed by a lovely lady, our apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed including fresh fruit, which was such a lovely treat. We are travelling by bike and were able to bring the bikes into the apartment with us!
Really nice sporty place, with great views. Perfect to relax for some days. The pool is pretty big and comfortable for a good swim. Rooms are great. I was in one of their apartments and it was pretty big! I could even work from there the days I was in Arezzo.
Marvelous stay! We really had a nice stay. It was perfect location, right in the middle of the piazza grande. Our room is like a five star hotel. I love the window with a beautiful view. Bed were very comfortable. And staff were very helpful and kind.
The Garden Hotel was fantastic—great service, ideal location, and fresh, stylish rooms. It's super convenient with parking and a garage, plus they're pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. The restaurant was lovely, too. Highly recommend!
we travelled from England to Arezzo and this is by far the best hotel we stayed in! amazing! it felt very high end. it had air-conditioning and the staff were exceptional! i would 100% recommend to any one who wants to stay in Arezzo.
The host was excellent meeting us at the car park and returning us at a later time as we wanted to look round beautiful Arezzo. The breakfast at a local cafe was really nice making you feel like a local.
Everything, is one of the best apartments in Italy. Everything is brand new and is very clean and bed is so comfortable. The kitchen is furnished with all the necessary stuff and you have a big terrace
beautiful garden, spacious rooms, and quiet neighborhood. we loved it! Sara was incredible kind and understanding. we were minutes away from nightlife, delicious food, and all the arezzo had to offer.
The breakfast was continental and really good with lots of choice and options. We had a car so the free parking was a real bonus as its always busy in Arezzo.
