    While the city itself might lack in essential tourist items...

    While the city itself might lack in essential tourist items to check off the list, Posadas was one of the friendliest, most welcoming, and all around comfortable small cities I've visited and as a base for seeing the nearby Jesuit ruins (as opposed to visiting them on a day tour from Puerto Iguazu, and with a day trip to the nearby Trinidad ruins in Paraguay—the most complete of the Jesuit Missions—if possible) anyone who has a few more days should opt for making their base here for a little while, strolling the downtown and costanera, enjoying the laid back vibes, and interacting with the lovely people.

    The riverside boardwalk is lovely.

    The riverside boardwalk is lovely. A great path to walk, ride bikes, or exercise. There were many spots without much shade from the sun, but you could go at certain times of day. There a great restaurant and cafe options in Posadas.

    The apartment is fabulous - tastefully decorated, modern, very clean and comfortable, great wifi and fully equipped kitchen for cooking simple meals. Tea/coffee sachets and little cookies/snacks were provided which was such a nice touch. Great bathroom. Location is fantastic, right on the promenade and walking distance to the beach. Really appreciated the covered parking bay. Responsive and helpful hosts. Would definitely stay at this lovely apartment again if returning to Posadas. Super highly recommended, hidden gem of a place!

    My favorite apartment in all my travels in Argentina. Absolutely wonderful and perfect in every single way. Only wish I had been able to stay longer. Comfortable bed and furniture. Great Hot water. Fully stocked Kitchen. Great views. VERY VERY SAFE and Beautiful neighborhood. By far the best location in Posadas. Thank you so much to the wonderful host who helped me with anything I needed. FANTASTIC wish there was a rating higher than 10.

    I cannot compliment our host enough on how clean the apartment was. Finally, after 10 days of travel, we stayed in an apartment where it was clean! Not only were the floors clean, but also the bathroom, toilet and the surfaces in the house! Such a joy! Otherwise, the apartment is well located, it is safe and has the basics for a great stay in Posadas. The communication with our host was smooth and helpful, thank you very much!

    Congratulations to the reception, in Portuguese perfect, and kind service. Comfortable bed and air conditioning that works to the satisfaction. About leaking water from the bathroom box (as reported by others), it didn't happen to me. Although small, everything worked well. Very good breakfast, with local and tasty products. I recommend you visit the 24-hour bakery which is just one quarter from the hotel.

    The location is perfect, close to the center, to shops, to supermarket, to bookstore, to city tour bus, and good restaurants. Ludmila was very nice, gave many suggestions, and was ready to help with anything to make my stay worthy. WiFi connection and air conditioning were excellent.
