Legian is our most preferred holiday area as the facilities...
Legian is our most preferred holiday area as the facilities are close, Restaurants are plentyful and beach is cleaner than Kuta & Seminyak. Just need to be careful if using smaller, better exchange rate tellers, as they can overhandle the money. I exchange $100 at a single time to reduce chances of loss.

Legian is a vibrant, colorful area not far from the airport for those on their way to nearby islands, or for those wanting to party, shop, beach it or search for the beautiful shrines scattered about town. With a little negotiation, great prices overall for everything!

I like location and in market area. It was safe to stay. Rooms r good. But they need to improve on services. Guest also should check if anything is not in good condition and inform reception to avoid complications at
The time of checkout.

Legian is full of people trying to rip you off.
Legian is full of people trying to rip you off. As a solo male traveller the constant pestering by touts and massage girls made a quiet walk impossible. Grab motorbike riders were the worst offenders when not using the app.

Legian has everything you Great hotel in the Mahata, great...
Legian has everything you Great hotel in the Mahata, great massage shop in the Paradise Spa on Bene , next to Pad on Bene which is fantastic as well along with the Pad Bar and Grill on JL Legian. Great food places in Koko's, Lokal, Rosemary's, Billy's 69, Legends Bar, Sheppy's, Goat Bar, Moo Moos, and so on, many great eating places, Shopping Garlic Lane and Padma, Melesti, etc I like Miss Derby in Garlic Lane as it is fixed price along with others in that lane. Driver I use Ketuk and Pastika both operate in Macami shop opposite Mahata in Lebek Bene . Plenty of Tattoo Shops , great money changers, Bintang Market near and close access to beach , tours, and everything you need for a holiday.
First time stay here, Check in smooth, fast and serve by 2 friendly staff.
This is budget hotel, don't expect too much the room size, but all facilities inside room complete not like budget hotel from kettle with free tea and sugar, mini fridge, bathroom amenities available, bedsheet and towel very clean.
Room and bathroom also very clean.
For all staff thanks for you kindness and friendly, hope Bali will getting better soon.
Thanks for unforgettable lovely stay here
The manager Ibu Ranty and the staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very clean, modern and the ambiance is lovely. My room was very comfortable. I have stayed here for two weeks and would recommend everyone to book this hotel. It’s close to the beach, Legian ofcourse and the Beachwalk. This hotel deserves to have a 5 star rating. Ibu Ranty and the staff thank you for everything <3 You guys are the best!! I will definitely come back again!
We stayed in both the 3 br and 1 br units. First 3 days with friends and then with wife and kid.
The rooms are large, nicely appointed and comfortable. The 3 br unit has excellent light. The 1 br has less light (it’s on the ground level) but is still comfortable.
The breakfast is excellent. The kids club is also great if you have young kids. The staff is exceptionally kind and d accommodating even by Balinese hospitality standards.
We had a fantastic time at Villa Tentrem Legian! It’s in a great spot, close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The place was really clean and taken care of well. The staff and owner were super nice and helpful. They responded quickly to our questions and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The rooms were big and the beds were the comfiest we’ve had in any villa in Bali. Best value in Bali! Thanks a lot!
Well, words are not enough to explain how much I liked this hotel. The professionalism of the staff is next level which you can only expect from 5-star hotels. They are friendly, smiling, and always willing to help. The rooms are modern and spotless, it's located on main Legian street, easily accessible by taxi. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali who wants to stay in the Kuta area.
Great spot to be able to walk straight out to the beach. Was only a 20 minute walk to Seminyak along the beach, whereas 40 minutes drive due to traffic. Ground floor room opening out to the pool area was great. Room was spacious with separate living/kitchen area. Service was excellent. Breakfast is a la cart from a menu - the food was good, but would have preferred more Balinese food options.
Everything. The rooms were spacious, a besutiful view to a green garden, stuff were very polite and helpful, a small beautiful rooftop( was very calm compared to other hotels in Bali), big swimming pool downstairs.
I hurted my leg and was planning to leave Bali so booksd this hotel which was close to the airport. Seeing I can not walk they upgraded my room. Special thanks for that.
The hotel is very centrally located, within a few minutes walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants and entertainment areas.
The management and staff were very friendly and helpful and readily attended to the special requests I had due to a medical disability. Can highly recommend this hotel and for sure we will stay here again the next time we are in Bali.
Lovely older style Balinese resort. Loved the lobby with traditional musician playing in the evening. Beautiful view from our upstairs spacious room with glimpses of the pool through large trees and established gardens. Central location with an easy walk to Seminyak and Kuta along the beach.
Very good hotel for the price the food and drinks at the hotel were fantastic and cheap. Last time we went to Bali we stayed at the hard rock and we had a much better time here. But in saying that we did pay under $50 a night here so you can’t expect 5 star standards
We loved every thing about the Legian Beach Hotel, the staff was amazing, the gardens were a pleasure to stroll through, both pools were used each day, th swim up bar got a little crazy in the afternoon which was cool for the atmosphere with lots of fun.
We tried many meals in Azul Beach Club Restaurant and we could hardly believe it, but whatever we ordered, every single dish was very tasty and delicious. We went back there even after we moved to another hotel in Bali.
The hotel rooms were not big enough but hotel changed to 2 chalets beside each other against extra charge and those were just perfect.. Breakfast was great and resort is just of the the best in Bali
This little hotel is one of our favourites in Bali. Very old school, traditional, clean and so relaxing. We adore the staff who are the friendliest and most helpful we know.
You get what you pay for in Bali. The location was perfect. Rooms so clean and comfortable - all the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. 100% Coming back some day again!
it is super kids friendly, if you are planning to visit Bali with kids, this is the best hotel to stay at.. no one cares if you baby is crying in the middle of the night
Beautiful older style balinese hotel . lovely gardens great pool close to everything very quiet hotel large fridge air conditioner great hot water all the time
