I love everything about my stay in Sveti Nikola family hotel. I was greeted by the sweetest woman ever and every interaction with her left my smiling. The room was spacious and comfortably furnished. I had a really good rest. Everything was spotless. The breakfast options were plenty and delicious and just for 7 lv. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. I'd definitely love to come back to this hotel.

Good value for money and good location.
Very clean without artificial smells and the room was furnished in a traditionally style.
Jacuzzi and pool very hot mineral water, if you want to use the sauna or steam bath you have to book ahead which I though was good as better than wasting energy all day with no use.
restaurant had a good menu and the breakfast was adequate for the money.
Strong wi-fi.
My wife has visual problems as it was well lite throughout.

This was our second stay at Guesthouse Jasmine and we returned because we like it so much. The hosts are very friendly, it's nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, and in a great location to access to the main spa in Sapareva Banya. We also chose to stay because our daughter loves the decor in the triple room; she calls it the princess room! The kitchen has a coffeemaker, fridge, microwave and sandwich maker, which you can use to toast bread. The hosts call it a mini-kitchen, however, it's the same size as most kitchens in self-contained apartments/ studios. It has it's own seating plus a nice balcony area with additional seating.

We especially enjoyed the hot springs and that it's close enough for a trip to the seven rila lakes. The town itself is pretty quiet, we've been at the beginning of july and there weren't a lot of turists. Out stay was during the week (wednesday-friday).

Quaint little Spa town and you can see they are trying to modernise it. I enjoyed the location as I wanted a spa break, a few days is enough though as there is not a lot to do in the town itself, That said the surrounding hills are great for walking etc

Sapareva Banya is not to be missed for hikers, nature lovers and people who like spa/hot springs. The famous Seven Rila Lakes can be easily reached from here, and many more hikes are possible. The town boasts a 103°C geyser and a public spa center (Aqua Club Kotvata) that has everything from large warm swimming pools to hot jacuzzi to cold ponds to sauna, and more. The town is a very quiet place, and people are friendly.

Very nice guest house, the owner was very friendly and although his , English is not so good, we manged to communicate well and felt at home. The room was large with a balcony overlooking the fruit garden of the owner who also offered us apples from his trees. We had a very
tasty breakfast that was prepared for us in the morning.

There is nothing special about Sapareva banya but it is a nice budget-friendly near-Sofia resort. It's very easy to reach the 7th Rila lakes, the Rila monastery, the Resilovo monastery, as well as the Rila park in Dupnitsa city. Rado pizza place is an excellent dinner choice. You could place it wherever you want at the Mediterranean coast and it will fit perfectly. Try to avoid "SPA upon request" properties.
The whole exprience with Villa Doma was very pleasant. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. He was quick to response and easy to communicate with. The villa is very big, has its own driveway (which is a big plus), the living room is spacious and has plenty of space for a large group of people.
There is a garden in the back where you can drink your coffee under the sunrays in the morning.
The location of the villa is close to big supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants and the centre.
It was easy to find and the owners are very nice people. We had booked for two nights and one of the rooms was very nice but the other was right at the top of the house so was very hot with the hot sun we have been having in Bulgaria. Fortunately the owner gave us a different room for the second night which was much nicer so we can't complain about it. We got the attic room because she was fully booked. The house is on a quiet street and there is ample free parking space directly opposite.
A very friendly and helpful host. We felt really welcome and had a good time staying at that place! Good location - there is a choice of several restaurants at 5-15 minutes walking distance and at least one works late in the night, so there is no problem eating out and you don't have to stick to just one place. There is enough parking space right in front of the house. Sapareva Banya is a good location to stay if you want to see Rilski Manastir or hike to the Musala peak.
Generally the hotel is great especially for families with kids that's why it was our third time there. All pools are with mineral water, with nice and different temperature (good choice), big variety amd super clean spa facilities for the adults too. The food is very nice, too. More then enough choices. Kids center is small and suitable for small kids but truly enough, too! Last Saturday there was a lady to entertain the kids and she was extremely good.
Great place, everything is new, and very spacious - kitchen, a living room (with a sofa bed), and toilets (that can also serve as a shower, but not a convenient one, we didn't even try) on the first floor, and 2 large rooms and a shower on the second floor.
The host was very friendly, waited for us in the apartment, and approved a 1-hour late check-out.
Would stay again.
We booked the studio for an overnight stay before our hike to the Rila lakes. It served its purpose greatly, as it’s 20-30 minutes away from the lifts by car. The property was clean, had a comfortable bed, a kitchenette, a seating area and a spacious bathroom. Great wi-fi connection.
The hostess was very friendly.
There is a free on-street parking nearby.
The apartment is very well located, recently renovated, away from the noise from the city centre yet very close to it and to the main pool area. Parking is easy to find. The place is spacious for 4 people and has a balcony with an overlooking view to the valley of Sapareva Banya. That's definitely the best feature of this place.
Good value for money.
The spa center was excellent. I paid for anti-stress massage program, which was wonderful. The room was clean, air-conditioned, with great curtains, it had all we needed. The personnel was very polite and helpful.
Clean and really stylish look. Amazing breakfast. Friendly girl at breakfast who makes high quality coffee. The Spa is really the best. We were alone in Spa 9-10h. 40 degree swimming pool outside.
The hotel is new, the bed is comfortable and the breakfast was nice.
The spa center was clean and the pools were spacious. It wasn’t crowded which was perfect.
There is a nice kids corner.
The location was excellent for visiting the seven lakes. The room was spacious and it had everything you need. Parking was okay, a short walk from the apartment and free.
Landlady and son were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean & facilities were amazing to use!
Privacy and great space, would absolutely visit again!
Fantastic hotel in the middle of the bath of Sapareva Banya with SPA inside and big room for breakfast/dinner. Staff is super welcoming and room is big
