The property was located to a perfect location very close to the Chora of the island and the port. It was at a quiet neighboor. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hostess was very helpful and guided us to some places to eat and have a great time.

Smart, stylish comfortable and recently refurbished large waterfront room on the front of the building with a great view over the harbour from the balcony. In terms of location, it does not get better than this in Spetses.
The breakfast is a very decent help yourself buffet and you can take it outside to eat on the hotel cafe seating - which is right outside on top of the harbour wall - and enjoy the superb location and view even if you do not have one of the suites on the front.
Transfer from the boat involves no more than walking maybe 100m from the jetty. You might or might not like the fact that the door handle will talk to you.
Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, the family-run Alexandris Hotel offers accommodation in Spétses, specifically on the port of Spetses and close to Dapia Port.

Fantastic, excellent, amazing, and exceeded my expectations.
Fantastic, excellent, amazing, and exceeded my expectations. Visiting again for sure, can't wait to experience it once more. I didn't have inclusive breakfast, but knowing the hotel, I'm sure it would be good. There are so many bars and restaurants that cater to all needs, cheap and cheerful, middle-of-the-range, or high-end. Location-wise, the hotel is excellent and extremely central, a gem, charming, right in the heart of the island. The staff were very helpful, who went over and beyond, plus always cheerful. Happy to learn your needs and point you in the right direction. The owner: family-run hotel, who rescued an architecturally beautiful and run-down building and has been gradually renovating the hotel during wintertime. The guests don't see or hear any of the renovation works, they are behind the scenes, but they do gradually go on not seen or heard. The old lift in the hotel has a little of a modern sparkle about it, but it is delightful and has a lovely musical tinkle when in the lift, a must-experience. Most of the hotel rooms have sea views, but if you don't have a sea view, don't be alarmed, you will have a lovely spacious clean room with a view and perhaps and balcony, but if not whatever room you get: large or small, it is clean, comfortable and perfect for a beach holiday! After all it is an island and for what you are paying for a large or small room, balcony or not, you’re still getting an en-suite and great value for money; on a beach holiday, you’re out all the time enjoying the sea and sun and local cuisines, not sitting in the hotel room! It really is value for money and more! It has a lift, and the building has character. My room was very comfortable. If you are looking to save costs and want an all exclusive, book the room and you will find all types of catering needs across the island: cheap-middle range-high end.

Beautiful island with lots of flowers.
Beautiful island with lots of flowers. Relatively little traffic. Bring your walking shoes and some water shoes for the pebble beaches. Ask for recommendations about where to eat and make reservations if you go in high season. Definitely take a round the island boat trip - that was the best thing we did. We chose Lefteris Tsanas https://www.facebook.com/p/Spetses-Fishing-trips-and-traditional-boat-tours-100069392708838/. The cost was very reasonable and he is a knowledgeable and personable tour guide and local fisherman who supports sustainable fishing practices for the entire island. He brought along Greek mezes for our trip which were homemade and included octopus he had caught himself...it was magical!

Our favourite places was new port and old port.
Our favourite places was new port and old port. It was easy to walk around the center, but for beaches you have to go with motorbike or bicycle. I was impressed with the hospitality of the locals and their willingness to help. Also we ate at patralis fish tavern and Agios in the center the food was great. The beaches were good in a stunning location, the disadvantage was that they have small stones, not sand.

Hotel Kastro is in a deal location for walking about Spetses town. Lots of cafes and eateries. Our favourite was PATRALIS, definitely! Freshly prepared dishes to cater for all tastes. Plus service and hospitality at KASTRO HOTEL exceeded expectations! Their breakfast had a huge variety and was enjoyed thoroughly sitting next to pool and shady trees! Loved it! Thanking Christian’s and Svet and the team for going above and beyond.

Not crowded and not very touristy.
Not crowded and not very touristy. Mostly Greeks on holiday and locals.
Nice shops cafes, tavernas etc.restaurant in the old port were great. We loved Patralis in the other direction it had wonderful seafood. Except when we went to the beaches we walked everywhere.
Transport is taxi, bus, horse and cart or you can hire bikes or mopeds. Keep the number of your hotel handy so if the bus is full on your way home from the beach they can send you a taxi.
People were all very nice. Would visit again
The hotel is located in a very nice spot between the new and the old harbor of Spetses. It has a great design, very clean common areas and rooms. All of the rooms are overlooking on the pool which is a great spot to relax during the day. The rooms are very spacious and have high quality products, mattress, etc. The breakfast was very tasty and made with very fresh products. We really enjoyed our stay! All the stuff is very friendly and Karl with Hannah were always happy to help us during our stay.
Kastro Hotel exceeded my expectations. It is a beautiful building with large comfortable rooms. All facilities were close to the room. The room and all the facilities were very clean at all times. All the staff were very helpful and polite at all times. The breakfasts were delicious and freshly cooked. Kastro Hotel is very well situated close to some beaches and a very short walk to the main part of town. The hotel is a family run hotel and it has an atmosphere of warmth and friendliness.
The hotel was beautiful and clean, had all the facilities we needed (a dip in the pool was an excellent way to start the day) and the breakfast buffet was delicious and varied from day to day. Tonia and her Mum went above and beyond picking us up from the ferry port and dropping our bags down to us whilst we were out exploring in the morning on the day of departure. They were also both more than happy to provide advice about the island, things to do and where to go.
The manager Ms. Tina Papageorgiou with her team offers superb service, with attention to the clients needs, ready to facilitate and assist, combining professionalism with smile, an advertisement of fine Spetses hospitality, Quite comfortable rooms, cleanliness, comfortable beds. A very rich and tasteful breakfast buffet, nicely laid out and comfortable and nicely laid out breakfast space al fresco under the pergola, with quality local products and tasty Greek pies.
The location was tucked up behind the expensive Poseidonion. About 100 yards from the harbour.
Breakfast was excellent, a wonderful selection. They tried very hard to make it so.
A good pool and sun chairs to relax with a bar area behind. A small boutique hotel that manages more than it should.
The staff among the nicest we have met anywhere. Top marks to Mary, Elena and Michael and the tireless manager, always on the go.
Armata is central to all that you need.
We had an excellent stay at the apartment. The unit is very spacious, functional, comfortable and spotless clean. The location is excellent, being very close to the port, seaside, and to restaurants, bakeries, supermarket, cafes, etc. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient. We definitely recommend the apartment for anyone looking for accommodation in Spetses, and we look forward to having the opportunity of being back! Thank you for everything!
This property is so special — it has a retro style with amazing pieces from the owner’s ship captain family, but with new bathrooms and all the modern clean amenities and great AC. plus a grove of lemon trees, two outdoor spaces, and a great location. it was perfect for two couples to explore the island beaches by day on bike then stroll out for dinner around the port by night. MariKait was so helpful and attentive, would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Its at an ideal location. Kastro hotel exceeded our expectations. Christianna was very helpful and gave us good tips for food. The staff is well trained and very polite. Nothing was too much for them. The drinks by the pool are very relaxing. The rooms are renovated and they have the best mattress quality i have ever slept on. Christianna and staff thank you for a lovely stay, we will be back.
Spacious room and bathroom, very clean, newly renovated. From balcony mountain- and seaviews. 200 meters to the sea -> swimming possibility! Very good (friendly and polite) service! Special thanks for tips what to do, where to go, good restaurants, beaches etc. Peaceful area, among local people in Spetses town, walking distance from the center and port. We enjoyed very much😊☀️😎
A lovely small hotel in a great position not far from the port, close to all facilities and shops and overlooking the sea. Beautiful rooms, spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff and wonderful breakfasts with lots of choice. If I ever return to Spetses I'd definitely pick the Klimis again.
Best value for money for my stay in Spetses.
Breakfast was delicious, staff was more than welcome.
They kindly offered to pick us up from the port and back.
The hotel is very welcoming, at quite a convenient and quiet place in Kounoupitsa area at the edge of Spetses town.
The hotel is in a near a bus station - called "Spetses-Hotel" runs almost every hour, 1km away from Dapia Center)
Breakfast was not rich but adequate
Good WiFi (even in the 2nd floor)
Shower pressure and the toilet water pressure ok
TV Signal ok
Soft pillows and bed.
This hotel is in such a grand location. The sunsets over the water are magical. The room looked down onto the square below. The bar was beautiful, breakfast had a broad variety of food to try. Spetses is one of my favourite Greek islands.
Everything was great! Very helpful and polite staff, clean room with all the necessary amenities, nice breakfast and the location was 6 mins walk from the old port.
If we go back to Spetses, we will go to the same hotel.
The location is excellent, right by the water and only a 3 minute stroll from the ferry. We appreciated being warmly welcomed at reception and their kind attention to all details of our Spetses stay.
The property is a true gem close to everything in Spetses. It is brand new and very clean and comfortable. Fotis the owner is very helpful with things to do and restaurants etc.
