Beautiful villa and the surrounding nature is amazing, very relaxing indeed. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They have many activities to book and the restaurant's dishes were yummy. They have free shuttle to and from central ubud (around 40 minutes away from the villa). What made the stay memorable was also how the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Special thanks to Mba Yuika🙏🏻

We booked the basic rooms and arrived to find the bathrooms were downstairs via external stairs which were more like ladders than stairs. Not great for the middle of the night toilet trips. We quickly asked for upgraded rooms and we were offered much nicer villas for not a great deal more money. Otherwise we would have found somewhere else to stay.

Amazing hotel in the middle of rice fields. Beautiful nature all around. We had some amazing walks in the rice fields.
Breakfast is great in big. Property is brand new, so some things are still not operating, but I am sure you will enjoy it as we did.
We were staying in one bedroom villa with a private pool. You also have big pool downstairs with rice field views.
I highly recommend this resort if you like quite resort in the middle of nature.

Everything was amazing, the resort is absolutely breathtaking. There were activities to do every day, whilst I was there I participated in a cooking class, and watched Balinese dancing whilst having dinner. I also attended a yoga class in the morning.
I’d like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Erika during our stay. Throughout our stay, Erika went above and beyond to attend to our needs. Not only was Erika was professional, but she was also funny, friendly and easy to get along with. Erika’s dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction truly made our experience unforgettable.
I booked the one bedroom villa, which was stunning and private. I booked a 3 course private dinner for my birthday, the food was very impressive, and our host Lovi was very pleasant and accommodating, which made the dinner very enjoyable.
Overall, all of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable during our stay. I would definitely come back to Aksari resort and will be recommending to family and friends.

Fresh air, rice terraces, Balinese people are very friendly and courteous. Nature, vegatation, forest.. waterfalls and temples. My husband and I stayed at Aksari Ubud Resort & Spa … this place is my personal version of paradise. Staff were very cordial… they aim to please … the resort has great amenities and awesome infinity pools. The entire place has wifi, room has smart TV with Netflix, the resort is clean and very well maintained and smells like aromatherapy (spa) with “zen” music..,

Its got some lovely attractions and sights. Its peaceful and quiet without being too remote. Spending time amongst the people here gives you a sense of what life in Bali is really like and not just what they put on for tourists.

Last time I came to Bali, I only stayed in Ubud. Tegalalang is only a short trip away, but it is so peaceful and absolutely beautiful. Waterfalls, rice paddies, jungle, friendly locals and you really can experience Bali here. I have never felt more grateful, free and alive. Make sure to rent a moped to get the most out of it!

Far away enough from the city centre to be tranquil and relaxed with plenty of local activities such as the rice terrace and swings, close proximity to temples, waterfalls and volcano without the hustle and bustle of the centre.
The villa has the most delicate privacy with amazing rice terrace view. Staffs were very friendly and helpful to accommodate my request. They provide a WhatsApp number for guest assistance during my stay which comes in handy. My partner and I had the honeymoon package and it was certainly the best experience from the beautiful flower bath to the relaxing massage and ended with a delicious candlelight dinner. Floating breakfast was good. They do provide shuttle service to nearby rice terrace and ubud centre which is a plus point.
Hosts were very kind to accomodate the breakfast also for our two toddlers which initially was not included in the booking, really appreciate this gesture. Hotel also connected us with a driver ( Nyoman +62 831 1446 3077) who helped us plan our visits to the attractions around this property and acted as driver cum guide for the tour , he also helped us visit some key places on the way back to the Airport which helped us make the most of our last day at Bali. In addition to this place of stay will also strongly recommend Nyoman.
Anyone looking for nature and relaxation away from Ubud & Co during their stay in Bali is in excellent hands here.
The resort, which is only a few years old, is in top condition, the rooms have stylish furnishings, and the view of the greenery is fantastic. The entire team takes excellent care of all guests. And if you ever want to leave the resort, a free shuttle to Ubud is offered several times a day.
The property was very well located - 15 mins away from the main Ubud Market with a free shuttle to get you there. You could enjoy the calm and serenity of the property, all while basking in the hustle and bustle of the Ubud Palace.
The staff was really kind and accommodated all our requests. We really enjoyed the pool in our villas and made the most of it!
Don't miss the pancakes at breakfast!
Interesting location in the middle of the small rice terrace, definitely not for lovers of luxury and complete comfort.
Very kind staff. Extra bonus - every day on the table of our terrace we found thermos with hot water for tea and coffee (also can refill).
Cleanliness - acceptable; breakfast - good silence level - only sounds of nature.
As such - 6/10
Value for money - 10/10
Overall - 8
We had an amazing stay at "The Papas Villas". The rooms are big and very clean, the hosts are very nice and help you with every question. The Rice terraces are just next to you , you can rent a scooter or a tour at the hotel. The view from the pool into the rice fields is amazing and you can see the sunrise in the morning very good.
We totally recommend this place!
When you’re outside the building you wouldn’t imagine that you would be walking into such a hidden paradise. Abian taksu was one of my favourite stays in Bali. The view, the mountains, nature sounds. Everything was just so beautiful. And the staff was great and very helpful. If I come back to Bali will definitely book again
Surprisingly, hotel location is strategic enough. Close to Jasan Waterfall, rice terrace in Sebatu (better than Tegalalang since it's become very commercials now) and some area of Holy water. Next time, I will stay longer to be able to join the other activities. Nothing I can describe about this hotel except "AWESOME!!!"
Staff was friendly , Room was very neat and clean , Has all the facilities written but no safe box , breakfast was good Bathroom is absolutely beautiful , our Room & Pool was totally private so no worries about your privacy , So so close to Teglalang rice terraces and not so far from Ubud just 20 mins by Car
We spent a night in Dukuh on our way North to rice terraces. It's remote, thus quiet. Yet, we had light to none traffic from Ubud. In general, location is great, surrounded by small rice terraces. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Value for the money is great.
Quiet location with infinity pool overlooking small rice field. All the food was excellent and cold Bintang’s. Floating breakfast was the highlight for my wife. Staff was incredibly nice. Just a walk across the street is an entrance to the rice terrace for hiking.
I recommend it to everyone, the facility is new, clean and well-equipped. Pool, clean and nice. The service was very helpful and friendly. The area is beautiful, next to the rice terraces. Close to Ubud. We loved it.
All the staff were kind and friendly.
The foods at the restaurant is good.
The jungle view is great, to
it's 30 min to downtown Ubud and operates a shuttle.
If i come to Bali next time, i would like to visit again
Staff very friendly and always helpful. Personal pool in villa a plus. Confortable beds. Quirky features in rooms. Good air conditioning. Close to tourist attractions- rice terrace, waterfalls etc.
The hotel was amazing. Private pool area, villa and rice terrace field view was awesome. The stuff were very kind and helpful. The best part of our holiday was Nau Villa. Thanks for everything!
Beautiful, peaceful, amazing pool, comfortable bed - exactly what we needed after months of staying in hostel dorms! It's also a great location for exploring waterfalls and rice terraces.
