Perfectly adequate double room, the decor was a little dated but with a large screen TV and comfortable bed and bedding. Check-in was seamless, breakfast excellent, checkout hassle free. The airport transfer bus from Keflavik leaves you at the main bus station on the outskirts of town. You can pick up a minibus there to the Hiemmur bus station, a short walk from the hotel, for 1100 kr per person or you can ride public bus number 8 to the same stop for around half of that.
