We don't really understand the mixed reviews ..... we were a family party of six cyclists and found the place clean and the staff friendly, particularly the person whom we assume was the manager. He was very welcoming and accomodating when our "advance party" arrived early and was there at breakfast where his eyes were everywhere, checking that everything was as it should be ... as well as actively helping the staff to clear up.

All staff were very helpful and friendly. Good location. Nice cooked breakfast. Warm room, tea/coffee/biscuits provided. Good shower and well-fitted bathroom. Easy access ground floor room. Quiet and convenient. We will be back.
