The room was comfortable and clean, lovely view of the Tor from the window. being on a main street it was noisy at time (e.g. buses and people leaving pubs at night).

We chose this hotel because it was directly opposite the cathedral and was very central to Wells itself and we absolutely loved it. The staff members were all extremely helpful and friendly and went the extra mile. The food in the restaurant was exceptional and our room was amazing!! Our room was clean and tidy. I liked the room having a small fridge - very useful on a hot day. The shower was excellent - hot and good water pressure. The hotel was in a good location for visiting the town centre. I would definitely be happy to stay there again in the future.
