It location was perfect and gorgeous next to the Themes. Clean. The art, especially the statues were all spectacular.
On arrival we were instantly given a glass of bubbly and welcomed with a smile from all members of staff. We were upgraded from a superior room to a suite which was amazing! So we decided to book an extra night. And they allowed us to stay in the upgraded room at the same cost as the original room! The room was huge and the bathroom was incredible. Had everything we needed. Breakfast was good and again all members of staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Never disappointed with Radisson Blu hotels.
