When we walked through the door we were met by lovely staff, every single 1 of them , we asked a lot of questions and we were given all the information we needed and more. Due to the road works nearby we were not sure how to get out of the hotel, we were supplied with maps to which were just what we needed. No problem to get to Perth.

The shower was mouldy around the bottom. The duvets were hardly big enough for the single beds. Biggest problem was that the ground floor bedroom was on the street level and as the hotel bar closed at 2am all those passing were loud and disruptive. We didn’t get to sleep till gone 3am. I know the bar can’t control the noise of customers on the street but when you’ve been told it’s a quiet room it’s very annoying. On the plus side the staff and food in the bar was good.

The location was beautiful and quite serene. A one off place which could be improved on. A mixture of clientele. The art gallery to the front is a miniature gem as are the few local shops with everything you may need.
