I didn't stay -- dinner only. Service and presentation of food was lovely, two of the appetizers (asparagus, pork terrine) excellent, the third so-so (salad)

The breakfast was cooked fresh to order between 8:30 -9:30, which can be a but late for a tour day or travel day but seems pretty standard in this type of accommodation across the UK. The publican and staff are friendly and cheerful and the resident dog is a cute big poodle who is super placid and friendly. LOVE the links to Tolkein and the old wooden ceiling beams and the beer garden is a legitimately lovely garden. Very easy walk to the local laundromat where we could do a wash and dry a fairly large load for ten pounds in under 90 mins. The family room had a proper bed not a sofa bed which was appreciated.

I had a wonderful stay! It was a quick walk up from the train station and an easy check in with the lockbox. The room was beautifully decorated and perfect for my needs. Very comfortable bed. It has an excellent location on the high street - shops and restaurants are all around you. I had a super walk to Blockley - there are some great walks in the area and I took the bus down to the Stow and Bourton on the Water. Great break in the Cotswolds!

It could almost be thought of as the poor relation of the Cotswolds, but only compared to the more glamorous neighbours, Bourton on the Water and Broadway, but it is a very good centre for touring the area and has easy free parking, good shops and good restaurants.

A Beautiful Traditional English Town.
A Beautiful Traditional English Town. The building and architecture are full of history, the shops in the town are filled with art/antiques, plenty of restaurants, cafes, charity shops, local craft and gifts too, so there’s plenty to explore and do.

Moreton in Marsh was quintessentially English and very aesthetic. Full of pleasant eateries and antique shops. People were polite and said hello as you passed in the street. Extremely close to other places of interest and quaint villages that you could either wander around or make a brisk walk from.

Great little town in the Cotswolds with lots of intersting places to go to surrounding it. The town itself doesn't have a particularly busy high streeet but Stow on the Wold is only a few minutes drive away and has some lovely shops to mooch around. Lots of lovely walks in the area and some great hotels to be based in.

We visited the Batsford Arboretum for lunch.
We visited the Batsford Arboretum for lunch. It was raining, so we didn't walk through the Arboretum. There weren't as many shops as I was expecting for the size of the town, but it's not far to Stow-On-The-Wold

Location is good for Moreton and other local towns within the Cotswolds, a short, less than 5 minute drive, or 20 minute walk to Moreton-in-Marsh. The rooms are fairly basic, (think Travelodge/older Premier Inns) but clean, comfortable and have everything you'd need for a few days away. excellent price for the location. There are quite a few facilities on site including a gym and pool, but we didn't use any of these, but may do next time.
The location is excellent as it’s on Moreton-in Marsh’s beautiful high street . For breakfast we had a printed menu, which had a full range of options. The service was friendly and prompt and the food very nice. One nice touch was a cafetière in our bedroom along with small pretty coffee cups and saucers. That was, of course, along with the usual tea and coffee making equipment.
A modern and comfortable apartment. We stayed in Siskin as a group. Spacious. Location on the high street very convenient.
Staff in the shop below very welcoming and helpful.
The master bedroom with roll top bath was as lovely treat for our friend who was celebrating his 60th.
The location of the hotel is really good, within walking distance to the train and bus station. There's a Tesco express near the hotel which is very convenient. The staff was friendly, breakfast and dinner were definitely worth the money that I've paid for.
The hotel manager was very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. The staff are very friendly and work tirelessly to make your stay memorable, one of the best showers I’ve ever had in a hotel, plenty of good quality towels,we will be returning. 👍
Everything was absolutely amazing. I think I can tell it was the best hotel/accommodation I've ever stayed in the UK. The room was unbelievable comfortable, cosy, fantastically decorated, lost for words. Breakfast was 10 stars.
The staff was very friendly and made sure we had all information and a comfortable stay. The room was perfect, great decoration and much bigger than in most hotels. In-room breakfast was great. Bed was very comfortable.
The apartment was beautiful and spacious in the middle of Moreton in Marsh. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and there was a lovely array of breakfast items and an assortment of teas, coffees and biscuits.
breakfast was okay but had better tasting ones in much cheaper hotels. Hotel location was excellent, we could reach any corner of the cotswold from here. It even had podpoint EV charger points.
Beautifully put together, great location, exceptional linens and towels felt very boutique hotel. Felt like very good value and certainly would be happy to come back!
