Picked for the location, room was fine, albeit the carpet needs a bloody good clean. Food in the restaurant in the evening was overpriced, breakfast was OK, the hot selection was good, the continental meats etc weren't fresh. The pool is filthy, needs a really good scrub. Had to ask 3 times for bathrobes, eventually gave up and stayed at reception until thry brought them to us. Was supposedly "upgraded" on arrival, this was to a room directly above a function room hosting a wedding - typing this review at 23.45 and rhe music is still pumping! Given the size of the hotel, I dont understand why anyone would have been roomed so close to a party room with a booking.
Despite the cost of the room, we were also charged parking and the use of the pool facilities, never had that at a venue before.

Breakfast option is great, shower needs improvement and for goodness sake please stop charging unreasonably for parking. It is a scam, go and check that system very well and appropriate it for the right duration, besides if you allow a late payment for not clocking in the car and the app allows a pay later scheme before next day mid-night, please let it be! Your words should be for honour with no ambiguity. Holiday Inn needs to protect her integrity here, but with this parking thing, you are going to loose it big time.
House is the same as in pictures , clean and quiet area . The room is spacious and has4 toilet.the blankets and sheets are clean , even the hand soap and towels are available. The owner is responsible and reply within a couple of minutes. The back yard also big , there are parking. It's walking distance to downtown where groceries and other stores are available. I highly recommend this house for family or group .
Staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The bar area was cosy with a great selection of drinks .
Beautiful clean bedroom with plenty of fluffy towels
Breakfast was great plenty of choice and the spa was clean and looks amazing since it’s been redecorated.
We have had several stays at Rowhill and would recommend to family and friends it is a beautiful hotel in lovely grounds
The hotel staff were extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly. We did not like the room we were initially allocated due to it being above the kitchen and noisy. Not only did they change our room but they happily upgraded us to a suite FOC. Excellent customer service. We also booked a spa day. The treatments were amazing and the food was fabulous. Hotel was very clean.
I like that my room was at the top floor so it was very secluded and alone and I feel at the top of the world. The shower looks dapper. The beds was nice and comfortable to luxury standards. The room was in a good layout where you can also watch news on TV just from your bed. I also like that there was CCTV on site to keep everyone safe which I thank the hotel for my safety.
The host was very communicative and helpful when we had requests and questions. He really went the extra mile for us. The flat was very comfortable, well-decorated and clean, and suited our little family well. The property is close to Dartford Station which was very convenient for getting to London for days out. Overall, we had a fantastic experience staying there!
We were visiting family in Dartford and booked this room for an overnight stay to avoid driving home to Devon that night. We didn't expect very much from the price but we were pleasantly surprised at the hotel, the room was brilliant and very comfortable, breakfast was good, we will definitely be staying again.
It was a pretty basic room which is exactly what I needed. The bathroom was just a little tight but that's as close to a complaint as I can muster to be honest. The staff were very friendly, the parking, while street parking, was ample and there were a few shops in the area. Pretty quiet neighborhood as well.
Well presented, well equipt property in a quiet area, ample parking in an ideal location close to the dartford crossing. Few amenities close by, everything you need within driving distance.
I would definitely look to see if this property is available again when in the area. I would highly recommend
Good price - an alternative to high priced low quality London hotels. full breakfast included. Location near to Dartford Station ,. Staff helpful
Large bedroom with well equipped private bathroom. Everything worked.
Warm welcome by host who gave me a lot of useful information on travel/eating places in the area. A real home from home. The breakfast was excellent. The bus to the station was just outside the property.
Hotel room was very nice and comfortable. English breakfast was nice and tasty. We travelled for morning ferry to Dover and hotel´s location was good for avoiding morning traffic jam around London.
The room had a large windowsill, making for a comfy evening watching the happenings outside the hotel. It could also be useful for having a smoke, which I obviously didn't do!
The hotel was an excellent start to our vacation. The staff, ambience, rooms, bed were of superior quality. The breakfast was amazing and presentation was great.
