Good Central location. Lovely breakfast. The kitchen area to obtain more tea, coffee etc is a really useful and good idea.

The hotel was sparkling clean, the staff friendly and efficient, and the twin room we had, great.
Nice buffet included, starting at 6:30 if you have an early start. Couldn't ask for more.

Burnley and surrounding area was not particularly what I hasd hoped for , it seemed to be very "run down" , actually decideded to leave Burnley and headed to Skipton , a much more visitor friendly experience. On the second day wanted to explore the heritage museum but this was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays , so we explored Newchurch in Pendle for the Witch shop the decided to head to the Yorkshire Dales.

We didn't spend time in the town of Burnley. As we have family living in the area, we've visited fairly regularly. The countryside around is beautiful. On previous occasions we've visited a National Trust property and other venues, chosen by them.

The centre is walkable, and there is a variety of shops and eateries and although an old town there modernisation of some of the old buildings, there is a market, and a good bus station but the railway is a little out of town. You can see the embankment of the Leeds and Liverpool canal.

Went for a wedding in Bacup hotel was in a good location for us. Went by car but looked like there were plenty of bus options. Ate at reception so didn't try any of the local eateries but seemed plenty of places to choose from.
Beautiful hotel, lovely restaurants, amazing staff especially Rudolph who held an umbrella for me whilst my husband went to get the car. We had problems starting our car and Rudolph sorted everything fir us and got us to our wedding on time . Would highly recommend, we will definitely be back again from Wales to visit family and friends 😊
Very easy to find. Good parking. Very warm welcome from the check in staff and concierge. The hotel is new, and immaculate. I used the gym which is currently being extended. Loads of cardio and resistance equipment available. Food at the Lounge was tasty, and the service was good. My room was immaculate in all aspects, with a comfy bed and nice bathroom. (I always like to have an iron in the room, and a tv with a sleep timer.... little things but very welcome!)
This hotel should have been great. We booked 2 classic rooms (right above reception so not as good a location as the more expensive rooms but they were the only ones available when booking). the rooms were small but had comfy beds and brand new, really big bathrooms.
The decor of the reception area is really lovely which some quirky touches. handy location for our visit to the White Swan in Fence village and beautiful scenery and walks nearby.
Flexibility to come and go whenever we wanted. Check in was flexible too in the early evening. Location great, as next door to the General store and The Bay Horse pub and close to Burnley and other places we wanted to visit in the surrounding area. Great prompt communication from the B&B owner. Provided breakfast on the second day to fully meet my dairy free requirements, which was much appreciated.
Extremely central to the town, yet hidden in a quiet, safe side street. So
much better than a hotel room - lounge with kitchen area, cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer; bedroom with comfy bed; lounge area and TV with Netflicks etc.; lovely clean shower room.
The property was about a mile walk from the Burnley football stadium. There were two bedrooms and it was perfect to have a bedroom with 3 single beds for our 3 kids! The downstairs was very nice and equipped! The host was extremely helpful and responsive when I had questions!
Nice location not too far from Burnley town centre with train stations nearby. 3 bus routes also are a few minutes walk away.
Room was nice and clean upon arrival. Not too bad for where I needed to be as part of my job and business trip. I think I would stay again.
The staff were very friendly. Always greeted with a friendly smile and could not accommodate you enough. Everyone clearly enjoyed their work. The hotel would hugely benefit from investment as the core building is beautiful it just needs a renovation on the inside.
Great boutique hotel in the middle of town.fabulous staff,Marnie In particular, but not taking anything away from Michael,Alison, and Donna.Room was quiet, cozy and spacious.A small safe for valuables would have made it perfect.Would definately stay again.
A little gem of a hotel. Lovely staff, who did their upmost to make our stay good. Room upgraded due to availability which was a nice touch and was definitely the best room of the 3 that we saw! Quirky and an interesting place to stay.
Lovely little cottage, with everything you could need for a warm comfortable and relaxing stay.
Picturesque location with easy access to Burnley, Blackburn, or out into the beautiful Lancashire countryside around Pendle hill.
Breakfast was very good but not keen on the scrambled eggs. The location was lovely and not too far from the town centre. The pool area was very nice. The room was lovely and the bed comfortable.
It was a really pleasant stay.the staff were very friendly,I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in burnley.i will definitely be booking the Rosehill house hotel the next time I'm in burnley.
Paid for room only. Room was clean , modern and comfortable. Extra heater , duvet etc if required.
Friendly owner. Lovely area , and no problem in finding a parking space .
Very nice atmosphere, the people who own it are very very welcoming and accommodating, amazing place to stay and would highly recommend. An amazing little hotel
Great place to stay when visiting Burnley. It was really easy to get in to the centre. The staff called a taxi for us which was also amazing value for money.
