The setting was lovely and the courtyard garden was very pretty. The staff were so helpful throughout the booking process. Plus, they ensured that our breakfast was coeliac friendly and even kept the plates and cups separate from everyone else's to prevent cross-contamination.

Very cozy and lovely town, full of fields and gardens to walk, explore and love. Long path through the River Thames and some options to hire kayaks and stand up paddle.
Lots of traditional pubs in the town center and very good cafes & restaurants with all kinds of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Very friendly place for dogs including hotels and restaurants.
I can't wait to come back.

We'd just missed the farmers market on Friday which was a pity. Science convention in the square on Saturday. A real hive of activity. Lots of lovely historical buildings and the Abbey gardens were lovely even on a wet march day.

We live in Leeds so the trip to Abingdon is one of our favourites .A small market town with lots of places to eat and lovely Oxfordshire countryside and wildlife. Nearby Bletchley Park is definitely worth a visit. There are lots of places to walk in Abingdon and lots of history to discover. Oxford is only a bus ride away and they are very regular .Would never drive there.

The Plum Pudding is a lovely pub in a quiet location with easy access into Abingdon and Oxford by the local bus. Our room was comfortable, cosy and had everything you needed for your stay. The food in the bar was delicious, the staff were very attentive and polite. Would highly recommend. Parking wasn’t an issue we left our car there all weekend and used the bus.
Great location, just a few minutes walk to the town center. Perfect for long walks around the fields (back of the hotel) with our dog and blessed with a lovely view of the Thames River. Pet friendly, lovely gardens and rooms, clean, comfortable, super easy self check-in/check-out, good breakfast with vegan options. Staff Millie and Kalie very friendly.
We stayed on the hottest day of the year after walking from Oxford to Abingdon (Thames Path trail) on arrival at the hotel, check in was very smooth and our room was so cool as the Air Avon had been left on. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice available and our waitress was excellent. Would definitely stay again!
Great location. Close to Abingdon centre, yet away from traffic noise.
The house is spacious for four people, with good amenities.
Easy to catch X2 bus into Oxford for sightseeing.
Abingdon itself is a nice place, with a very pretty area to explore near the river
We had dinner and breakfast, both were tasty. Good vegetarian option as well for the full english breakfast. Friendly staff, especially the breakfast person. Good basis for the Oxford area (if you have a car). Convenient parking on site.
This place could not have been more perfect. It was beyond spacious, homely and really close to the town center. We had a washer and dryer which was wonderful. It had great parking, two spaces which is hard to find in Abingdon.
A most gorgeous studio unit in a lovely village close to Abingdon. The unit is very well equipped, comfortable and modern . We well and truly had everything we needed. Very friendly accommodating hosts and a lovely cat.
Friendly welcome. Fresh room clean and well maintained. Spacious bathroom. Close to excellent pub/restaurant which did breakfast. Easy reach of Oxford Abingdon and Didcot.
Lovely village, and lovely hotel, the rooms are decorated lovely the size and comfort was excellent. Location great. Breakfast was lovely and we would stay again.
Nice room and lovely host. Good area for accessing Didcot and Oxford. Two pubs very close. We can highly recommend the Wheatsheaf the Sunday Roast is amazing.
The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby and garden were nice. We usually prefer a hotel at a more central location but this time it suited our needs
