The staff are very professional and polite. The location is decent amidst a range of hotels nearby. The rooms were clean and the buffet breakfast was good. Paid parking available on site. The rooms were neat and tidy. A metro connection under 10 minute walk was quite convenient.

Location was excellent but major building works on the roof were being done. The rooms were very expensive for a hostel and many other people were complaining on check out. After our first night they made my partner move out of her room and wait all day before checking back into the room next door despite her being very sick after taking three flights. Then someone from reception came into my private room at 1.30am without knocking as they thought it was empty, then the staff proceeded to party in the reception until 5am.

I spent nearly a week in Rui and Maria's lovely place with my Dad and had the best time. Everything we needed was right at hand. The pool is amazing, if cold, but that's a good thing :) Nice to have a car though, but Uber works so well in Lisbon, that it's really not a problem. Highly recommended!
