Lovely little balcony and an excellent location. Parking was easy and there were plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from. The room/apartment was a good size and the bed was huge. The kids slept on a pull out sofa bed that met our needs perfectly.

Arras has a unique charm of its own not only as being the oldest documentary attested city of France but also as a special mixture of historical sites and the modernity of the urban ambiance. Pages of history come to life when you do not expect. And there's also the friendly people there. The atmosphere of the two Places, le Beffroi in the historical center of the city are marvellous. If you fancy a thrill just go on a guided tour ...under the city to see the tunnels where soldiers organised their life an fights in the WWI. And there's much more. If you don't rush.

We stayed near two large town squares with loads of bars / cafes / restaurants both surrounded by wonderful architecture. We felt safe and walked back to our accommodation without any fears for our safety. It was May day and we were not sure if many places would be open but it was packed. They were tidying up a market when we arrived so we missed that but would definitely come back again, maybe for a few more days. Not sure about public transport and outside of the area we stayed in, but very pleased with our random choice.

We love Arras.
We love Arras. It's a shame we only ever stay enroute while travelling to the South of France. We've decided that we will make a proper holiday in the city in the future and take time to enjoy this vibrant place, as well as exploring the history and the WW1 battlefields.

Many good restaurants, but we eat by the Christmas market.
The yellows free minibuses bring you arround in Arras or the the free area
of the citadelle.
Having an automated system for entering the building and the unit was incredibly convenient. The hosts were very easy to communicate with ahead of time (we did not need to contact while staying). The location right next to the train station was fantastic for our party as we arrived and left by train. The unit was clean, and comfortable with the added little touches to make it a nice place to stay. If we return to Arras, we will definitely look this unit up as a place to stay again.
Beautiful hotel with lovely decoration. Our room was very comfortable and clean with coffee makings, we were also given a chilled bottle of water on arrival. The shower in the room was great.
We had the breakfast which was also great, a choice of teas as well as coffee and a nice selection of jams, cheese and hams to eat with the baguette and croissant we were given.
The hotel was also very close to the centre of Arras which was very pretty.
Lovely decor, modern stylish reception area. Staff very helpful. The bedrooms are apparently all different.
Our bedroom had a comfy double bed with tv and WiFi , air conditioning. Small bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin and hairdryer.
Good selection of food for breakfast.
We visited the Arras Christmas market during our stay, great place to explore.
Parking in secure car park behind the hotel.
Perfect appartment, very well equipped, good location a short stroll into the town centre, on-street parking outside was easy and mostly free (just pay for a couple of hours during the day if leaving the car there all day), mod-cons and lovely artwork. The DIY breakfast buffet was a real bonus, thank you.
The location of the hotel for anyone who is looking to be in the centre of Arras is superb. You walk out into he city squares and there is plenty of choice of restaurants and places of interest immediately available. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and the staff attentive.
The hotel is conveniently located for the Centre of Arras and a good stopover on route to other parts of France. The good breakfast is a realt bonus and the staff were great. They opened the breakfast room early for us as we needed to leave early.
Stunning hotel, exceptional welcome from the staff at reception. Loved the secure parking, would highly recommend booking a space. Restaurant for quality was 10/10 too. Clean well appointed room. Faultless stay in beautiful Arras.
The location is great for vehicle access and walking to the centre of Arras. The property is modern and all rooms are well equipped. The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen is upstairs, and enjoys sunshine all day.
Breakfast was buffet style, and fine, with fresh croissants and a choice of meats and cheeses. The hotel is stylish and quirky, with comfortable, interesting rooms in an excellent location, right in the centre of Arras.
Decent size apartment close enough to the centre of Arras (10/13 mins walk). The area / street itself is a bit rundown, but the apartment is sweet. Good communications.
A wonderful place in the middle of Arras old town, bars and restaurants all around you and a great restaurant in the hotel too, we couldn't recommend it enough.
