The staff was really great. Very accommodating. Breakfast was also very good.
Albergo Italia was Urbino’s first hotel. Set in the historic centre, it is a 5-minute walk from Palazzo Ducale. This hotel offers free WiFi throughout and rooms with a flat-screen satellite TV.

The room and breakfast were good . It was nice and quiet and the hotel was very centrally located , with parking close by .
The Albergo San Domenico hotel is an old religious complex that is situated in the main square of Urbino, directly in front of the Ducal Palace, between the Cathedral and the University.

The Alberto San Domenico is in the heart of Urbino, opposite the Ducal Palace. It is charmingly old fashioned but comfortable. The breakfast was very good and is served in a lovely vaulted room on the ground floor. Parking is in the courtyard of the hotel and whilst it costs 10 euros a day allows you access to the limited traffic zone.
In a peaceful location, Hotel and Residence Dei Duchi offers a personalised service, and spacious rooms with air conditioning and satellite TV. Urbino’s historic centre is a 5 minute drive away.

The room was comfortable and i liked the neat bedding and washroom. And definitely the bus stop outside the hotel's exit door. Breakfast was quite good with the variety of fruits but instead of just sweets and cake varieties, there should be the bread slices and eggs as well.
Located a 5-minute drive from the Urbino's historic centre, La Meridiana is surrounded by the beautiful scenery of the Montefeltro hills and features a swimming pool and a restaurant.

The staff was very welcoming.
The breakfast was good.
Although the location is a little far from the city, it was very calming because of the Nature surrouding it.
The room was clean and it was what was promised.
Definitely recommend.
Hotel Raffaello - Self Check-in Free is in the heart of Urbino's old town, and takes its name from the famous artist whose house, now a museum, you can find just a few metres away.

The location is excellent, in the middle of the town. Communication in English worked very well, instructions for parking good, although information on accessibility (ZTL times) missing.
Immersed in the green Montefeltro hills of Urbino's countryside, Colleverde Country House & SPA Urbino offers a spa with indoor pool and hydromassage jets.
Featuring garden views, Agriturismo Ca' Andreana features accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a bar, around 49 km from Oltremare.

Really beautiful location in countryside near Urbino. I didn't eat the dinner not being hungry but the breakfast was good and the dining-room very pretty. If you want you can eat outside with a lovely view, at least you can take your breakfast outside.
Urbino is a beautiful medieval town. Quite hilly so bring decent shoes. The ducal palace and art gallery is a must see but wandering around and sitting in a cafe looking out over views is just as atmospheric. It’s quite quiet and not silly prices. Local Passerina wine is a new favorite

The city is a jewel!
The city is a jewel! In addition to walking around and through the city, we took in the Museum at the Palazzo Ducale. We grabbed coffees or spritzes in sunny spots overlooking the surrounding hills. We could have enjoyed a 2-3 day stay...

Urbino is not a big place.
Urbino is not a big place. A dedicated person can walk it in a serious day. But if you want to do museums and shopping, really do the place, you should allow three days. The schedules of the colleges affect your experience. It is a different place when students are there, very lively, maybe too lively. It is touristy when the students are not there, but most tourists are Italian. If you like meat, Urbino has it. The food in general is outstanding. It is not a great place for people with mobility issues. Very hilly, uneven paving stones. It is very, very clean. You won't sleep late. The loudest bells ever made by human hands ring at 8 and again at 8:15, and then sometimes yet again. You'll get up. But morning there is so lovely that you don't want to miszs it anyway.

Urbino is a UNESCO's world heritage site, a university town and birthplace of many important fugures, yet overlooked and unknown amoung international tourists. After years of longing, I finally had a chance to visit this mesmerising place where Raffaello, my most favourite painter, was born.

We stayed in October, so not many tourists, to visit the Ducal Palace. Fantastic architecture, interiors and were lucky to see Raphael exhibition. Also a visit to his birthplace.
Great restaurants. Particularly liked the friendly family atmosphere at Trattatoria Leone. Authentic delicious food with great service.

Wander around, visit during the evening where the only activity is students making merry. A day will easily do it but it is not a typical "tourist" town and is all the better for it. The Duomo is closed for repairs.
Located in the countryside near Urbino, this Agritursmo is a little slice of heaven. The peaceful and beautiful surroundings were the perfect complement to our busy days of sightseeing in this wonderful area of Le Marche. We did request breakfast one morning and Isotta prepared (and delivered to our room) the most wonderful selection of their own products; yogurt, cheese, jams as well as meets and bread from local producers. We want to thank Isotta and her husband for providing wonderful accomodation. We would love to return.
Excellent location in the middle of town, short walking distance to everything. The property itself is quiet, quaint, and home-like, very relaxing and stress-free. The breakfast is simple, but this being Italy one should only judge the prima colazione based on the cappuccino, which was excellent. Urbino center is car free, so it was a bit of a hike from the parking garage to the hotel, but as we were only staying one night it wasn't too difficult. Having a covered parking in the heat of the summer is a plus.
I wish to say that Colleverde Country House had an easy game to play: the location, the facility, and the kindness of the people working in the resort are just phenomenal. The location is just phenomenal and run by a family that cares about protecting the traditions and culture of one of the most beautiful places on Hearth. A "must go" place: do not miss it!
It's a wonderful location - very isolated, very quiet, yet not far from Urbino (one of Italy's great relatively undiscovered gems). The host is lovely. Our room was huge, lots of space. Breakfast was fantastic - lots of cornetti, too many actually for our waistlines, great coffee (double serving). Great value for money.
We were warmly welcomed, they gave us great tips for restaurants.
The house is absolutely beautiful, the view on Urbino is awesome. The breakfast is delicious 🙂
Clearly you feel like at home, even Simba the little dog is such a cutie.
It's by far the best place we have stayed in, during our trip in Italy 👌
This was our family’s 15th vacation in Italy and this apartment is one of the most thoughtfully furnished accommodations we’ve rented! Everything you could need is here! The WiFi is perfect and the location is wonderful. Just inside the walls so that parking isn’t far and neither are any of the sights.
Excellent, central location for visiting Urbino, near the Fortezza Albornoz. There was no noise at night despite it being graduation day for the University. Our room was comfortable and well equipped for a short stay of two or three days.
Parking was in the public car park some 50m from the apartments.
The apartment is very charming and spotless clean, Lorenzo the owner is very polite, kind, helpful, and accommodating! He also makes superb pies and pizza!!! The location is beautiful, in a valley 15 minutes by car from Urbino, wonderful nature around and super quiet!!
Perfect location.
Car park below is 12 euro for 24 hours.
Receptionist was very quick and clear with help.
Beds are a little hard but I still slept well.
Mini bar with cheap drinks.
Beautiful view.
Ideal place to stay in Urbino
La Meridiana is a peaceful and calm oasis after the trip from Milan. It is nestled in beautiful hills and the view across to the ancient silhouette of Urbino is breathtaking. This was my second visit after eight years.
The hotel is in a very strategic position. The person-less check-in, even if with some difficulties, is quite handy. The style of decor is in line with the atmosphere and quite well thought.
The location is excellent, we had a great view over the hills surrounding Urbino. The apartment was great having all the equipments needed. Very clean, no noise. Totally worth the price.
Nice hotel in the historical center of the city on a quiet street. Very close to all attractions. Excellent breakfasts. The room was simple but clean. I liked everything.

Need a car great parking
