We liked our spacious room and comfortable bed and appreciated the black out blind. It was very quiet round the side of the hotel so slept well. A safe was provided for valuables and a fridge. Loved and used the complimentary bicycles!
Breakfast was great apart from the coffee, disappointingly it was powdered from a machine.
Good free on street parking as hotel
car park was chargeable.
Staff were friendly and helpful

All was nice , good food , atmosphere, beach, landscapes , friendly people.
A bit problematic to get to the airport and from airport , sometimes you need a taxi which is from 20 EUR for ~ 8 min. If you want to eat in a good place in the city centre , better make reservation beforehand as everything can be booked.

I feel that Pescara is a great hub location.
I feel that Pescara is a great hub location. It is in the Abruzzo region of Italy which makes it a perfect hop off spot to many other areas in Southern Italy. The Pescara airport is just a few minutes away with many flights to Rome and of course Ryanair provides service to Pescara. You also have Pescara Central Train Station right in the heart of the city and across the street is the Bus Depot which provides routes throughout Southern Italy and across the Massina Straits into Sicily. Pescara is a walkable city so go ahead and wander around the streets as you never know what you'll find around the next corner.

Unfortunately Pescara got destroyed by the allied bombing during WW2 and rebuilt with total disregard of the original architectonic style and history of the place. I was really disappointed by how much concrete and senseless modern buildings and structures were built from the 60s until probably the 90s. There are a couple of spots which are still beautiful like the old town and the tiny pineta area in front of the beach but for the rest is an ugly city. On a positive note, the sea promenade is pretty amazing for walkers and runners and people are generally really nice.

It is a lively city with, what appears to be, a young thriving population. The beaches are clean and large expanses are public. The town has several excellent restaurants. Lots of pleasant walkways, bicycle paths. The entire population seems to congregate at the main piazzas, at night, to enjoy each other’s company, to dance and enjoy people watching.

In october the weather was fine, water in the see was warm, but the restaurants were closed or opened very late. People in Pescara speak only italian. There is not a lot to see in P. They don´t want turists, which I understand after Rome.

Brilliant for a city break or for family's
you get brilliant beach with great restaurants
hidden gem with very few tourists just Italians

know there food , Italians will not eat rubbish
A nice quite hotel in city center, close to Pescara sites of interest, i.e. a 2 min walk to Pescara Main Railway Station, 2 min walk to Pescara Central Bus Station, a 6 min walk to the beach and literally on the two main shopping streets (Corso Umberto I & Via Milano). Room not too big but okay, hotel staff very helpful, buffet breakfast - delicious and various. We stayed for 7 days, there was always something new to taste and the breakfast service fantastic (extra orders included in your paid breakfast).
The apartment is centrally located, surrounded by many shops, cafes, and restaurants. It is an ideal location, especially for those interested in going to the beach (about a 5 minute walk). The host, Anna, is amazing. She is very easy to talk to, provides many recommendations, and will respond to your messages immediately. From the start until the end of our visit to Pescara, Anna ensured that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I highly recommend Adream!!
Novenove property was nice to me he hosted me for good this house is very clean fragrant and very large the house and then the house is close to the center and comfortable and also super market convenient for doing the thick and taking buses and train station I give you 10 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ complimente you are very nice and generous novenove property see you when i go back to pescara i will come back to you thank you all
The room was big enough for the price we pay. There was the air conditioner and it worked fine. The location of hotel is close to the free beach, about 5 minutes walk. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel. For breakfast we got the chocolate croissant and additionaly the buffet was full of other snacks. The great benefit is the opened terrace with super view. Big thanks for the tasty cappuccino with chocolate:)
Thank you for your very nice clean and comfortable room, before I left at 9am I said thank you to your cleaning staff. I told her she keeps it all lovely and clean, (I'm very fussy with OCD) it's cleaner than my apartment. She was very helpful when I was unable to call a taxi because my UK phone had not yet connected to roaming in Italy. I would like very much to stay again next year, 👍👍👍🥳😎
The location of Le Stanze Sul Corso was perfect. It was a very easy walk from the train station. Multiple restaurants and sites were also a short to medium walk away. I was coincidentally in Pescara for the tenth stage of the Giro d'Italia 2022. The city was in a very festive and celebratory mood. I loved the excitement. I would definitely stay here again.
1. Newly refurbished, nicely smells.
2.Very cool bathroom.
3.Good breakfast, we’ve found also healthy stuff (not only sweet croissants)
4.We stayed in room 304 and didn’t hear the neighbors, which is VERY rare in Italy.
5.Friendly staff.
6.Location is 5 min away to the main bar streets and 10-12 min away from the sea.
Very comfortable room with everything what is necessary for short or long stay. Every day room service and excellent contact with the owner.
Breakfasts could include also salty dishes, but it is Italy so I was not surprised with only sweet things (although the quality of products was very good).
Convenient access to restaurants and shopping. Although it was rather chilly and raining during our stay, the terrace would have been a wonderful retreat with a bottle of wine in the afternoon. Matteo and Barbara were wonderful hosts with several recommendations about Pescara.
The design of the space and location of this hotel couldn’t be better! The space was fully equipped with everything I needed. Giovanna was accessible at all times throughout my stay and made the check in and check out process exceptionally easy. Highly recommend!
Family ran hotel. Very nice and quiet. The room had a large balcony which was very peaceful. The hotel is ran by a family and their grandmother made the cakes served at breakfast. Everything about the place was excellent.
Everything was amazing, friendly owner, who was helpful all the time of our stay, I would definitely recommend it for stay in Pescara, everything was at the door step, supermarket ,lovely beach, restourants and bars.
could not fault this hotel. absolutely perfect, great value for money and the staff were all really lovely & super helpful. great pizza restaurant opposite and only an 8 minute drive into Pescara centre.
everything was great, silence, big room, great bathroom with transparent shower (you can see from the room only the shower)
pescara is a good place for beach and for eat good and very good
Great! I traveled alone, first time in Italy. The adorable lady from the reception waited for me the additional hours. I really appreciate! Beautiful modern hotel! In superb location ;)
The B&B Hotel is located in the centre of Pescara, easy to reach from the airport and close to amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and warm.
Cleanliness, quietness, and a perfect and complete breakfast. They were very kind and helpful. I liked everything about it. Surely I will go there again if I go to Pescara.
