Rooms were clean and modern, bathroom shower was 1 of the best I've had, if I had the money I'd buy this place, absolutely sensational for a night. Comfortable beds, good TV and strong WiFi. Had a very good sleep, the coffee machine was a great touch, lattes etc were fantastic and the owner lady was soooo hot 😍😍

The hotel is located in a quiet living area with family houses approximately 4 Km from the city center. A trolleybus leads dirctly from the hotel to the city center. Also it is possible to walk, but it takes app. 50 min.
Taxi is prompt available, the hotel staff very supportive and extremely friendly.
The breakfast is probably the best in town. I was missing nothing. If so, I am sure that the waiter would satisfy me within some minutes.
There is a pool in the gardenwhich is very nice in the summer month. Also there is a spa with Jacuzzi and sauna area. Spa treatment and massages by appointment and extra cost.
The hotel is not brandnew, but very well maintained and if your budget allows, I fully recommend a relaxing stay there.
Kubiq Residence was a pleasant surprise. Spacious room with bathtub and a large shower,the bed was very confortable.<orning coffe in the lobby with the yard view was a treat.A clean space and with passion for details and design.I will return for sure.
