Small, quiet, calm town.
Small, quiet, calm town. There are no huge crowds of tourists, what makes it different from the crowded Riva del Garda or Limone sul Garda. Here you don't have to wait for free seats in a restaurant. Here you don't have to waste your vacation time standing in queues. At the same time, there is no problem getting to the lake. It's just 10 minutes by car through scenic landscape.

The last 60 years have practically ruined what was probably a fantastic landscape. Segantini used to live in these places and he used to write about the beauty of them - I don't think he would be proud of what befell his mountains.

Beautiful setting, wonderful people, great food, lovely area! Lots to see and do in this lovely little town at the base of the Dolomites. Slower pace, enjoy the scenery and go for walks and hikes. Very worth a trip!

Loads of outdoor activities to do such as climbing, mountain or road biking (loads of designated trails) Via Ferrata and walking. Arco is like the Mekka for outdoor enthousiasts. On top of that, Arco kept its medieval cultural center and made use of that to attract families and culture sniffers to have a very nice stay. Arco truly has a complete package for a short or long stay for everyone.

We picked Arco because we wanted to see some of its climbing...
We picked Arco because we wanted to see some of its climbing crags. Crags were very nice and not that crowded. Food is good and prices are more than fair. We dined at the Restaurant La Lega (recommended) and visit the castle. The city center is full of shops (lots of climbing shops) and places where to buy food.

The facilities were incredibly clean snd well equipped, modern standards, underfloor heating and a beautiful interior. The internet was superb fast, the kitchen has a coffeemaker, induction stove, dishwasher and a microwave. The staff was always available and super friendly, uncomplicated and very welcoming and warm. I wiöl absolutely br back there :)

These appartments are close to the center of quirky Arco. We felt welcomed right from the start. There is a garage for the car and a garage for ( obviously expensive) bikes. The coin operated laundry was very welcomed after 10 days‘s traveling! Everything was clean! This is the place you want to stay, if you feel a bit tired of tiny hotel rooms.EvaGermany

We loved the nice kitchen area and spacious bathroom. The apartment was conveniently located next to the beautiful historic part of Arco and near the hiking trail to Arco castle. (We took advantage of both and loved it very much). The host was very polite, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend this accommodation for families with children.
