Air-conditioned rooms have an interior in neutral colours, and come with a seating area, an LCD TV and a fridge. All rooms come with an attached bathroom with toiletries. Japanese-style rooms have a tatami (woven-straw) floor and traditional futon bedding. It’s an amazing place. Starting from the entrance with an artistic doors and walls long the escalator to bring us at the front desk. They have a large selection of yukatas, so you can chose the one you prefer. From the room with the view you can see the bay of Nagasaki. The onsen on the 3rd floor is lovely but the one on the 11th is amazing! It has a large pool outdoor from where you can see all over the city. If you stay at this hotel, you don’t need to go on the very top of the mountain. Both the dinner and the breakfast have an large buffet full of various exquisite food. They have a shuttle service to the station. Very happy with my staying.

Love the spacious room with beds and tatami, very nice breakfast and lots of choices and view are nice! Staffs will come to set up tatami for u. Relaxing with a nice view from room and enjoy the onsen
The room was great - big space for futons, a separate area for sitting and good access to our own bathroom toilet.. It was very quiet. It was a good walk from the railway station that helped get a feel for Nagasaki. From the ryokan it was easy walking to all the sights
Public Onsen was Tatami floored and was fun experience. I am not a big fun of raw fish, but "Kaisen-don" which raw fish topped bowl rice was so delicious.
Very good, affordable option in Unzen. The facilities are very clean, the room is traditional with futon and yukata, and the bath is nice. The pension does not have outdoor bath but there are many public baths just a few minutes away. The host is a very welcoming old lady, she prepares nice typical Japanese breakfast. Thank you! 😊🙏
Very nice onsen with a beautiful view on the lake. The futons were super comfortable and the chamber was spacious!
Georgious view of Nagasaki. Nice traditional Japanese tatamis and everything. Good onsen also!
We loved the kaiseki dinner and beautiful breakfast served here as part of the ryokan experience. The onsen here have a number of options both indoor and outdoor. Staff were helpful although not much English was spoken.
With beautiful city views from its best rooms and a top floor onsen, this hotel has a magical setting to relax and enjoy hot spring life in Nagasaki. The buffet dinners and breakfasts are impressive, with quality choices in a well-run restaurant. We also appreciated a voucher for drinks. A great experience, easy to travel to and from the city centre using the free shuttle bus.
This is a cozy hotel with traditional rooms and a small onsen. The owners are incredibly helpful and very sweet. The location is convenient and within walking distance to the town and they provide parking if you inform them in advance. The rooms here are really special - they are huge tatami rooms with comfortable futons. The rooms have recently been renovated so that they keep their traditional feeling but are not dusty or dated. Every thing is very clean.
