Located in a 19th-century building in the centre of Craiova, Hotel Royal is just 150 metres from Craiova University. It offers free WiFi and a hot tub. Great location, very friendly staff, and had a private parking lot which they locked at night, so my motorcycle was safe.

Hotel Bavaria is just 5 minutes’ walking form the centre of Craiova, offering air-conditioned accommodation with a Romanian restaurant, free WiFi throughout the property and free parking on site.  the property looks very nice clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. When I return to Craiova I would like to stay I Bavaria again.

Hotel Andre's is situated in Craiova, 500 metres from Romanescu Park, Romania's largest natural park and 1 km from the city centre. I really enjoyed my stay at André's Hotel. The hotel itself is quiet and cosy. I had two really good nights' sleep and a lot of rest and relaxation. The breakfast is great (a wide range of hot and cold items), and the reception staff are polite and helpful. The location is very close to the edge of the old town so you can easily get there on foot. Thanks for a nice stay - if I ever return to Craiova then I will be back again.

Hotel Plaza położony jest w dzielnicy mieszkalnej Krajowa, 5 minut spacerem od zabytkowego centrum miasta, gmachu uniwersytetu i parku Nicolae Romanescu. Close to the city center, clean, ok staff (outside of check-in we didn't really have any contact with them), clean room. We only stayed one night and really only for a quick shower and sleep, so no idea about anything else.
