She welcomed us and showed us to our room. The room exceed expectations it was beautiful . I couldn't believe we were upgraded to a four poster room, it was such a lovely surprise. The bottle of wine was complimentary and was fab and loved the sherry and shortbread. Awesome time and would come again, massive thank you.
