Staff is very nice, helpful and effective. Online check in was not working but we didn’t have any problems because they helped straight away. We also got recommendations where we can eat/what we can visit so it was really the best experience with them.

Everything from the daily breakfast, the room, the pool, the property grounds was sincerely GREAT and I'd definitely go back here without hesitation.

With lots of different areas to relax and enjoy the views, it is easy to find somewhere to relax after a busy day. Some rooms include views of the pool or garden. For your comfort, you will find free toiletries and a hairdryer. The place is beautiful! Amazing location. Breakfast is delicious. The place has everything! kitchen, living rooms even hats and mosquito repellent. Very good location and also Nick is so friendly! We would love to go back! We highly recommend it!

Amazing hotel right in the center of the old town of Palma with exceptional staff! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely roof terrace with a great view of the surrounding old town and a nice spa (with a heated pool and sauna) in the basement.
