The location of the Hotel was really good. Lots of shops and cafes near by. Breakfast was also good. Staff were really polite. Facilities provided inside the hotel were good.

The view was amazing. We woke up every day to the view of the ocean. The staff were fantastic and so helpful. Anything we needed, they did their best.
The location is excellent if you want to explore the mountains and you can get anywhere within an hour.
Loved the bathroom, the robes and the toiletries. The room was like a showroom.

Clean. The location is amazing 2 mins from the famous church and the tram.

The beds and the breakfast were both good. And finally, there was a very nice pool. Because of this, we had a wonderful stay at this property. Thank you once more for the hospitality.

With lots of different areas to relax and enjoy the views, it is easy to find somewhere to relax after a busy day. Some rooms include views of the pool or garden. For your comfort, you will find free toiletries and a hairdryer. The place is beautiful! Amazing location. Breakfast is delicious. The place has everything! kitchen, living rooms even hats and mosquito repellent. Very good location and also Nick is so friendly! We would love to go back! We highly recommend it!

Chec k in was wonderful, the lady was kind and let us leave our bags earlier and said she'd message us as soon as our room was ready. We were on our honeymoon and the lovely lady had upgraded our room when we got back which was wonderful! The hotel and rooms are beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Great location and super quiet and cool for sleeping in - even in a heatwave! Breakfast was delicious and in a lovely courtyard, would highly recommend.
Everything, from the minute we walked through the door after all day travelling, cheery Marvyn offering refreshments and showing us to our amazing room. It had it’s own pool which was fantastic air conditioned with lovely comfy bed. All the staff were friendly, beautiful buffet breakfast setting us up for day. Pool and fully equipped outdoor gym area plus on site massage and jacuzzi. Lovely gardens, sit on bali bed to relax in the shade. I could go on and on. Five minutes walk from town square, plenty of shops and restaurants.
Everything about it..it really worked for us. Celebrating our 25th weeding anniversary with our daughter and boyfriend joining us. It was our first return to Can Picafort for 25years when we stayed there on our honeymoon.

Absolutely loved it. Amazing luxury boutique hotel. Tucked away in a side street so lovely and quiet but very central and near all the main attractions and excellent shopping and dining. So comfortable and clean. Great food. Amazing bar. Lovely helpful staff who would help you book restaurants, arrange excursions etc. Loved the indoor swimming pool and loved the roof area which was perfect for relaxing. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
We were pleasantly surprised to get a room upgrade because we were on our honeymoon. Guillermo was a fantastic host, he made sure we were comfortable and catered to all our needs. Breakfast was amazing and they were varied in the sense that we could choose what we wanted. They have a great pool but it was cold so we couldn't swim so we settled for the jacuzzi after a long day. Wifi was good as well The location is good as it's not far from Cala d'Or, Es Trenc and the beaches along the coast.
Location and the standard of the apartment It was also a lovely surprise when we were upgraded due to my wife celebrating her 60th birthday, and the staff providing a bottle of champagne and a greeting card on the actual date!
It was our honeymoon and we loved our stay. - rooms are very clean - mentioned that's its our honeymoon and got a welcoming bottle of champagne - welcoming and helpful personnel - beach is just 4 minutes walk away - got free upgrade to the sea view - breakfast and dinner had a good variety of food and drinks -great cocktails in the bar -outdoor area looked clean and nice but didn't spend a lot of time there as I personally prefer sea over the pool -a lot of German people, especially, older generation 😁
Lovely hotel and staff. Probably the best views from all the hotels in Santa Ponsa. Good breakfast selection, nice cool pool and Jacuzzi with lots of sunloungers it also has access to go swim in the sea. Clean room which was serviced each day. The Aircon works very well however it is a little loud on top speed if your a light sleeper. Beds were firm but comfortable which is our preference. Very relaxing environment around the hotel.
