Absolutely beautiful property, lovely rooms and amazing pool area. The owners are the friendliest people and take great pride in their property and business. We had the most relaxing time staying here; it is a great location to explore the island and close drive to restaurants in neighbouring villages/towns for evening meals.
The hotel had really friendly staff, a comfy big bed, a varied breakfast, and was in a nice location next to the port, right on the promenade. Our room was cleaned daily, and the bed was made neatly every day, which was a huge luxury. The pool area was also lovely, clean, and sunny, with fresh beach towels.
Lovely hotel, we travelled for our honeymoon for 2 nights and such a lovely surprise on check in they upgraded us to a sea view. Really made it so special for us and can’t thank the staff enough for doing this. What an amazing experience and trip. Absolutely stunning view from the balcony. Perfect location overlooking the beach, 2minute walk to a row of wonderful seafront bars and restaurants. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere by pool and the beach. Absolutely gorgeous pool and bar area with excellent great value fresh cocktails. Lovely helpful staff. Room was simple but spotless and included air con, fridge and spacious waterfall shower. Great breakfast, lots of hot and cold options all freshly made.
Lovely, spacious apartment, huge balcony with partial seaview. . Exceptionally clean. Fantastic choice for breakfast which was available until 11am! Very friendly and helpful staff who work hard to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Great location in a quieter part of the bay but lovely walk along the promenade to the busier areas of San Antonio. Perfect stay. Would definitely return.
From welcoming us at reception to checking out, the customer service was second to none. The room was beyond expectations. We stayed foe one night for our wedding anniversary & the staff surprised us with a bottle of champagne in our room. It was a lovely touch. Th3 staff are fantastic & really made us feel welcome. We will definitely be back
the hotel was lovely, a few bits in the room could have been cleaner - the drawers were all marked and there was a dirty mark on the bed. We stayed at the W hotel in Santa Eulalia prior to coming to Ushaia and I would say their customer service was far superior - lots of little touches such as free bottle of wine, chocolates, free room upgrade to suite
Rooms are super clean with lots of little special extras. Free bottle of champagne on our arrival for our honeymoon which was a lovely touch. Beautiful pool area and bar and the food was very good. Breakfast especially great.
The whole hotel is beautifully refurbished, comfortable luxury Rooftop pool, view & sunset is amazing! Drinks & food really good Room was so clean, beautiful, comfortable everything you could possibly need is in the room, they have thought of everything!
