We arrived at the hotel in the morning and asked for early check in which being provided with no extra charges Breakfast is nice and they serve high quality room service, Ali was serving us very well with our orders I had to extend my stay at the hotel due to its wonderful experience and definitely will come with family again.

Walton Hotel Galata, just remember this name for the best hotel in Galata area. I have stay for a few days at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, we was immediately struck by friendly reception area. airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing with Galata tower view, especially the Mrs.Zeynep that welcomed you through the breakfast with her smiling and warm welcoming, and she is there for everything u need.. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Istanbul in the most frequent area of Galata. An amazing hotel in the heart of Istanbul, still quiet and peaceful. First and foremost, we’d like to thank all the friendliest staff of the hotel, who were always ready to help and who made us feel at home! A special thank you to Ayhan and Bahar, who even speaks Russian which was a pleasant surprise for us. My mother had a birthday during our stay and Bahar organised ballons, fruits and a cake as a compliment from the hotel to make her special day memorable. All the attention from the staff was very touching and meant a lot to us. As for the room, it was big enough with a spacious bathroom and hamam, in which we enjoyed relaxing in the evening. The housekeeping service was great: the room was always clean with fresh towels and new bottles of water every day. We also had breakfast included, which surprised us with a huge variety of dishes, including both local and European cuisine. Any kind of coffee, simits, other pastry and, of course, Turkish tea were always a perfect ending to our meals. The hotel is very cosy with lots of pot plants. There is even a small green courtyard, where you can drink tea/coffee and chill. We will certainly come back and, of course, will recommend this hotel to all our friends and relatives!

the room was amazing. the designers preserved the architatural history perfectly and still made it look very luxurious. the staff was very professional and helped us book the best placed to visit like a hamam and a restuarant. but the best restaurant we visited was actually the one in the hotel itself. superb! in the morning I had breakfast and a coffee at the bar/cafe of the hotel. great bartender and here as well the designers made a cool looking bar unlike any other in the neighbourhood
