Tom is INCREDIBLE. He made us a tour of Koh Phangan showing us the best of the island. He arranged a transfer to our next destination. He will help you with everything. The room is spacious and we had a welcome minibar, beach games, beach towels, all at your disposal. We loved our little pool. The beach is 2-3 minutes walking, where you have some restaurants. We recommend Flip Flop Pharmacy BAR, they have delivery to your room. If we return to Koh Phangan, we will definitely return to The Great Escape. We are delighted. Highly recommended!

The room was dream. They upgraded us to a pool villa for free and we had magical days in there. We had to check out very early and they gave us takeaway breakfast. All the staff were wonderful, helpful always smiling.

The rooms are old but very clean, new quite airconditioners. Thee staff are very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. Great cocktails too. And of course the beach is spectacular

We got dropped off at the wrong side of the hotel by the taxi from pier so we had to walk all through the rocks and wires from the beach, it was a bit crazy getting there and funny thinking back. Upon arriving the staff greeted us warmly, very friendly and delightful as well as attentive. Loved our room which had a private pool, the wooden style is very nice. They occasionally cleaned the room for mosquito’s which we appreciate a lot. My muay thai lessons were very nice, trainer was very helpful and I learned a lot. We got a spa day on our last day, which were amazing, we had a massage and bodu scrub. Everything went smoothly thanks to the great staff who gave us such warm smiles. I get why they call Thailand the land of smiles now!

The Hill Village was a wonderful peaceful place away from the main area of Thong Nai Pan Noi. The 2 bedroom house had everything we needed including a drinking water dispenser and the most amazing views. The host Neenit and staff were wonderful. We had our own transport as the walk to and from the beach is quite steep. If you want a quiet beautiful place surrounded by nature, this is the place for you.

The view from the bungalow, the serene beach, the quiet atmosphere and especially the hammocks are a treat to rest on. Overall had a really good experience and a great time. Would love to visit again just to stay there.
