We really enjoyed our stay. The staff, Rita and Nuno, really made us feel at home, as if we were staying with family. They did whatever they could to make us feel comfortable, and they were extremely helpful. There was always coffee and snacks in the breakfast room. We also enjoyed the neighborhood: it's proximity to shopping, restaurants and the Metro.

on arrival receptionist staff made me and my partner feel welcome, the hotel wasn’t far from the airport literally 10 mins away. Shopping centre was not far either we walked from the hotel to Columbus shopping centre and it was quite big. Hotel also provided some tickets to the Zoo which was not far too only 10 mins away by car. If you’re looking for a mini/romantic break I’d say worth coming to Upon Lisbon !
