Very kind and friendly staff! Because there was a General strike in Italy we got to the hotel later than expected and after reception time. The girl at the reception was very kind and stayed longer to wait for us to get there. We had contact throughout the time which was very good given the special transport situation that day.

Very clean and in the best location possible. Staff was great and the apartment cosy and equipped with all the amenities necessary for a great stay. For a worry free vacation you should reserve a parking space at the hotel , it worths every penny. 1 min on foot from a shopping street and good restaurants. We had a great vacation in Torino and I don't think that you can find another hotel to top their location /price /quality offer. Loger is the only option for us when we 'll return to Torino. Grazie for everything!!!!

Excellent location near metro station, walkable to city center. Clean large room, with easy to reach host. Online check in and door unlocking worked well. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious- the hosts were very kind and accommodating, I could drop off and pickup my luggage later without issues. Thank you!

Paula was very helpful from the start to the end of our stay and provided flexibility to improve the quality of the experience, like checking info in Turin for us and allowing us to freshen up before our next leg of travel. Charming room in a beautiful building and a beautiful neighborhood. Also spacious. Sparkling clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very tastefully furnished and decorated. Nice touch to offer coffee machine and capsules, biscuits, tea. Breakfast id at a nice caffe-bar arround the corner. The host is a true gentlemen and a splendid person, very good comunication.

Wonderful property, in a great location. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, and provided a breakfast that was way more than we could get through. The room was a decent size (bigger than we expected), very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi reception was good. A lot of history surrounds this property, and the centuries old frescos on the building's walls that surround the courtyard are beautiful. Not more than a 100 metre walk to one of the main streets of Turin, where the shops, cafes, and bars are plentiful, and from there you're within walking distance of many of the city's marvelous sights. So glad we stayed there.

Compared to the price paid, my room and service was extremely upscale and well beyond my expectations! From the beginning, I was made me feel very welcomed and given detailed information on the facilities. Even though my travel preference is typically a hotel with a restaurant attached, the apartment was 5x larger than any hotel and just as nice! The washer machine was the cherry on top for me as well.
