The host displayed remarkable flexibility and constant communication throughout the ordeal, going above and beyond by arranging a transfer for us. Unfortunately, our delayed arrival in Palermo, which was 12 hours later than planned, meant we no longer needed the room, as we were only staying for a single day before heading to Malta. However, the host's kindness, care, and flexibility shone through, as they didn't even request payment for the unused accommodation. I wholeheartedly recommend this host and their apartment to everyone. Their outstanding hospitality made a lasting impression on me.
