We loved our stay! Lovely hotel, great location, very clean. We got married during our stay and we got a free upgrade and a bottle of champagne and treats when we arrived with a personalised note which was such a lovely touch! Our parents stayed in the same hotel during our stay and they loved it too! The breakfast was very good also. Thank you!

Small things matter. Thank you for giving us a small token to celebrate our wedding anniversary (that is, a full bottle of champagne). 🍾 Although I was sick our entire stay, I appreciate that you provided us a great room and a great hotel experience in Copenhagen. We’d love to go back and will definitely book on your hotel again!

Staff lovely and on call at late hours to fix minor problem. Chrome cast set up so can relax and watch own shows in down time. Can watch the daily march past of the guards from the window.

The location was exceptional- overlooking the canal and a 5 min walk to Nyhaven. 10 mins to the metro station for the airport. Just outside the hotel, there is a lovely public seating area where you can relax and enjoy the view. The room was tastefully decorated. Breakfast was fabulous- not cheap, but a fabulous selection of hot and cold. Would definitely come back to this hotel again.

Location was excellent, by the station and a few minutes walk to restaurants and bars and the action of the city centre. Really quiet hotel, we particularly enjoyed the breakfast in the room and the kitchenette as we felt able to relax in the room after a long day out. Lovely hotel, we will certainly return.

The location was perfect. I also enjoyed the continental buffet breakfast (fair price for Copenhagen's standard) even though there were not a lot of gluten free and lactose free options for my partner (just some seeds, dry coconut, apples, raisins, turkey, ham and oat milk). Lovely and efficient staff members! Cosy and friendly atmosphere with a lot of activities to do inside this luxury hostel.

From arrival to departure our stay was perfect. Every staff member we dealt with from reception to bar to concierge, went out of their way to make our stay special. On arrival we were upgraded, and given a bottle of wine, to celebrate my husband’s special birthday and our 30th wedding anniversary, with a lovely letter from the Admiral team. The location is fabulous overlooking the water and near Nyhavn. The room was spotless, the bed so comfy and often not available in Europe yea and coffee making facilities. Oh and we loved the ice maker!
