It features luxuriously furnished bedrooms and suites with panoramic views of the Town Hall or Rindermarkt square, adjustable air conditioning, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, WiFi and Bluetooth speakers. The bathroom comes with a rain shower.

Dear customers, sorry for the late review – we are all fighting against rushists for the freedom of my lovely Ukraine. We stayed at the BEYOND by Geisel Suite with Terrace for 2 nights in early January – we arrived after 10 days ski vacations in Sankt Anton am Arlberg, Austria (see my review Hotel Alpenland, Sankt Anton am Arlberg, Tyrol, Austria at Booking.com) Just spent 2 nights at Beyond and we have been left speechless, the hotel and the service are truly BEYOND! This hotel has got it right, they have the traveller in mind when they designed not only the rooms but the whole experience they provide. You can not beat this location, right on Marienplatz and view from our room right on the plaza was just something else. You are walking distance to old town, the shopping district and the English Garden, perfect spot to base yourself in Munich. The culinary package is included in the room price, basically eat what you want when you want and where you want, as for me - best Flammkuchen in the city! As I said the concept is to create a true experience for the traveller. The staff was very professional and friendly and spoke English. We would like to thank them that they made our dream come true – so our great Ukrainian Дякую / Thank You - especially for Julia, Louis, Nikolai and everyone else who made our stay such a pleasure. Clean room, great service. I highly recommend to stay there as it is well located and accessible to go everywhere in the city. We definitely stay BEYOND by Geisel, Munich again.

AdvaStay by KING's offers accommodation in the heart of Munich, It opened in April 2016 and is located 150 metres away from the Main Station.

All rooms are fully equipped according to the latest environmental standards and feature a private bathroom, a seating area and a kitchenette.

Loved the self check-in thing. Was so smooth and quick. I had completed the online form they sent me in advance, however. The AdvaStay lobby is among the best and coziest I've ever seen. The room was big, a duplex, very clean and cozy (the terrace/balcony one). The heat was on (end of October), and made it even more a pleasure to come back to. Great balcony/terrace to take in the city atmosphere, and have a coke or a smoke. Housekeeping daily. Great shower, no issues there. And the location is very good too. Near the Botanical garden and Muller shopping mall + Lidl. Takes about 10 -15 mins of slow walking to get to Marienplatz.

I got a upgrade and ended up in the one of the most luxury suites of the hotel. This upgrade was given by Booking.com because i book a lot of hotels with them. It was a great suite but normally I never had booked this suite.

We were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by the staff. Our room was generous in size and very comfortable; the added bonus is the lovely bathroom with great luxury touches. After a long walk around the area, we settled in for a nightcap in the lounge which was the perfect end to a hectic day. Needless to mention, the location is ideal! We will gladly rebook this place when we return to Munich.

Really close to the train station and the metro and about 5-10 mins walk from the pedestrianised Old Town. It's a very nice hotel and we were lucky enough to get our room upgraded so we had a lovely experience. Breakfast was really elaborate and lots available. Lobby has lots of seats and desks if you need to work, and water and sweets to snack on. We were able to leave our luggage stored before travelling onwards.

The room was located so close to the main central station and many public transport options and the rooms were surprisingly quiet. The buffet breakfast was good with the option of having freshly cooked eggs and bacon. We were celebrating our honeymoon and had a room upgrade as well as a bottle of wine which was such a lovely touch.

We requested a twin room which wasn't ready on arrival so they offered us a double and or said we could store our luggage and come back later. When we returned they said they had upgraded us, which was a really nice surprise. The staff were very pleasant and polite, the two bedroom apartment was lovely, very spacious and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We liked the location of the hotel, right by a tram stop which took you into the city. There is a wonderful beer garden in the same street and not too far away to walk.

The Flag is best described as functional. It was solid and value for money but nothing spectacular. The room was clean, the staff are fairly efficient, and it was near a U-Bahn. It was a good place on a business trip - it may not be what you are looking for if you want a romantic get-away or a luxury hotel experience.
