Excellent hotel! Clean, comfortable, quiet! In the building of the California Bean cafe, where you can have a delicious breakfast. I took advantage of a sub-parking lot. Entry and exit through the elevator. Standing boxes interfered a little when maneuvering the car in the garage.

I got a upgrade and ended up in the one of the most luxury suites of the hotel. This upgrade was given by Booking.com because i book a lot of hotels with them. It was a great suite but normally I never had booked this suite.

We were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by the staff. Our room was generous in size and very comfortable; the added bonus is the lovely bathroom with great luxury touches. After a long walk around the area, we settled in for a nightcap in the lounge which was the perfect end to a hectic day. Needless to mention, the location is ideal! We will gladly rebook this place when we return to Munich.

Really close to the train station and the metro and about 5-10 mins walk from the pedestrianised Old Town. It's a very nice hotel and we were lucky enough to get our room upgraded so we had a lovely experience. Breakfast was really elaborate and lots available. Lobby has lots of seats and desks if you need to work, and water and sweets to snack on. We were able to leave our luggage stored before travelling onwards.

The room was located so close to the main central station and many public transport options and the rooms were surprisingly quiet. The buffet breakfast was good with the option of having freshly cooked eggs and bacon. We were celebrating our honeymoon and had a room upgrade as well as a bottle of wine which was such a lovely touch.

We requested a twin room which wasn't ready on arrival so they offered us a double and or said we could store our luggage and come back later. When we returned they said they had upgraded us, which was a really nice surprise. The staff were very pleasant and polite, the two bedroom apartment was lovely, very spacious and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We liked the location of the hotel, right by a tram stop which took you into the city. There is a wonderful beer garden in the same street and not too far away to walk.

The Flag is best described as functional. It was solid and value for money but nothing spectacular. The room was clean, the staff are fairly efficient, and it was near a U-Bahn. It was a good place on a business trip - it may not be what you are looking for if you want a romantic get-away or a luxury hotel experience.
