Perfect location. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C was a welcome relief due to the hot weather during our stay. The breakfast was on par with the other hotels during our trip. The pool was perfect after a excursion. The highlight was the service. Phuc is an incredibly hard working young man that seems to be on duty 24/7.

Location and the set up. It's not to big and not tiny, it's about right for my type of stay. The pool area is great, the free breakfast great, my bed was conformable (I'm 6'2 so finding beds I fit in around Vietnam can sometimes be a a challenge). Staff always keen to help. It's quite at night as it's up a ally. The locals friendly as, once they've seen you a few times it's always a hello with a smile. If your stay is managed properly you are sort of smack bang in the middle of everything you'll want to see while still being out of the major city, but a bit enough town for night life, food, everything you need, so a quick trip towards Brid Park to watch the sunset is easy. Less dangerous for those wanting to do their own thing on a scooter but without a heap of motorbike experience as you can stay away from the HWY's etc (just watch go go google doesn't send you in circles !!). Something for everyone. Cool little sitting area if you're a DN for working on their WiFi. I'd stay again.

Great staff, especially big thank you to Phuc who supported us with our stay. Very comfortable room, variety of choice for a brekfast (you can choose dishes from the menu but there is also a buffet available). Clean swimming pool and the garden where you can relax after a long day. Very good place for remote working. All attractions are nearby the hotel, you can also rent a motorbike here.

This is a gorgeous hotel situated in the middle of Tam Coc so it's convenient for visiting places around Ninh Binh.The room was stunning, the breakfast was great, and the pool was well kept. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Brilliantly location just behind Main Street so it’s right there but quiet. Perfectly clean and so cute! Pool really nice. Staff were so friendly, Phuc on reception helped with all our transfers and was fantastic at assisting us. Team helped us quickly hire a scooter from next door but there are also good quality push bikes at the hotel. Thank you guys!

- A little noisy at night. - Room a little dated.

- Breakfast was good. Additional items could be ordered. Breakfast was always replenished. - Pool was nice and cool and big enough. - Room not brand new but clean and good for the price. Shower was good. Good water pressure. - 2 bottles of water per day are free - Bicycle can be rented for 40,000d for 5 hours. Scooter for 100,000d per day, but without gas. - On request, a cake was given as a birthday present at short notice. - Surroundings good, as all stores can be reached on foot. - Staff always helpful and very nice.

Location is perfect, very centric and close to everything. The hotel has a nice pool and a very nice koi pond. Amazing service, Phuc was super helpful and helped us organize our transfers, gave us some great recommendations, and he was so kind that he even sent us with some snacks when we left for our next destination. Highly recommend this hotel.

Le Phuc and his team are exceptional! We had a wonderful stay with our parents and our baby. It's close to a lot of good eateries, and a few attractions are just walking distance away. Phuc made arrangements for our family for private taxi with guide. Every request was taken care of, and they had great breakfast options as well. Thank you, Le Phuc and team, for making our stay so memorable ❤️

Great location, amazing staff, fantastic breakfast. Cheap bicycle rental. We were able to use the pool and shower facilities in the evening even after checking out in that morning. Staff gave us a care package of bananas and water for our train journey that night. Can't recommend enough. Wish we'd stayed longer!
