When other guests were walking in the common space near the elevator, I could hear every word they were saying and hear their bags moving on their wheels. I can't say it was a big problem, but some more soundproofing would be nice. To take a breakfast, you need to get a ticket for it every day at the reception, no idea why they can't give the tickets for all nights booked at one time, but it wasn't a big problem also.

Good location near the city center (can be reached on foot or by a tram, the stop is located just near the hotel). The breakfast was decent, buffet system. Regardless the tram lines were on the same street, I didn't hear the noise of trams in the room. Helpful and friendly personnel.

The hotel is on the side of a cobbled streetand you can't sleep with the window open because cars and trams make a terrible noise, but it's okay with the window closed.

We were in rooms next to each other and we shared a balcony and it was very convenient to go through the balcony to the other room.🙃

If I could suggest only one thing, it would be more convenient not having to go to the reception for the breakfast voucher in the morning before going to the cafe, but it wasn't a problem.

Convenient location - you can walk to the Opera in about 10mins, and the train station is in walking distance too. Fantastic and very diverse breakfast options included in the price. The room looked better than in the pictures, I slept well. There is a bomb shelter for the peace of mind. The area is fine, everything is in walking distance. It's a simple hotel that offers a great value for money, much better than expected.

The absence of a fridge in the room, but it's okay for a short time stay... and in fact you don't need it, because there are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby with quite reasonable prices and delicious food 😁

No A/C, but it was no real problem as it rained heavily on the first night. Maybe a little extra effort around the chrome work might not go amiss.

Second night we get some noisy neighbors and we can hear everything through the walls. I feel a bit uncomfortable but they become quiet before midnight so it was ok.
