The location is a bit far from all the main city attractions, but that's my fault that I didn't plan for a place closer to the city center.

Amazing breakfast was included. The place is clean and very well maintained.

We’ve definitely got more than we expected. The hotel room was comfortable, clean and well furnished. The staff tries to make their best at any question. We had a late booking and our request for baby cot was fulfilled very fast - the babies bed was so sweet)) Breakfast was another amazing thing - it has a wide choice of dishes and great coffee. We’ve been staying for one night - so the location for us was totally good, but potentially if you would like to go to the city centre - it may be not too close.

The rooms are cleaned with a solution with not unpleasant but very strong smell. Needed to air the rooms for 15 mins to get the smell out.

The location is very convenient if you arrive by car and has plenty of private parking space available for a small fee (50 UAH per day). Excellent buffet breakfast. They offer plenty of options even vegans will not stay hungry. The rooms are of decent size, clean and comfortable. Their restaurant offers great dinners and lunches and has a nice patio during summer season. The city center is just 15 minutes drive and is around 150-200 UAH if you go by taxi. 2 mins from the hotel there are pharmacies, grocery stores (e.g. ATB).

I really liked staying at Sonata, it’s obvious that management of hotel processes is on really professional level. House-keeping and cleanness, quality of breakfasts, reception support and overall impression about hotel is only good. Special thank to house-keeping ladies on the 6th floor, thanks a lot to you.

The walls were a little too thin because I could hear conversations from the people next-door and the bed was a little too firm for me.

this was a very nice hotel room. It had a nice little balcony, and it was very comfortable to live in. the staff was excellent. They helped me in so many ways. They printed up my bus ticket. They got me a taxi. They answered all my questions and the restaurant is excellent and there’s a lot of businesses nearby that you could walk to.

Couldn’t pay with the card at the time and hotel car park had additional charge to park over night being located far away from the city centre

The staff at the checkout ask if I have anything from the bar , I said no. And when I was ready to leave she ask again if I had peanut from the bar. Of course I did not have anything from the bar otherwise I’ll pay if I did just like I paid for the laundry service. I felt like she didn’t believe me.
