- Although it should be soundproof, we could still hear neighbors walking upstairs, during our stay they were also renovating one of the room next door, so it was a bit noisy during the day

New, clean rooms, contemporary classic furniture, nice design of the room. I stayed in the standard double room: large bed and lots of space to move around. At first I was concerned that the street would be busy, but it turned out to be a quiet street with not much traffic. If you go up the road from the hotel, there's a busy commercial street with many shops and cafés. Taxi to the Kyiv train station takes 7 minutes. In short: highly recommend. Will stay again.

There was a small situation with AC heating. But as soon as I mentioned it the staff solved it.

Everything was excellent! This is one of the best experiences with hotels in Kyiv! The hotel is very nice, comfortable and clean. The location is perfect. Pretty close to Golden Gate and St Sophia cathedral. The hotel has nice “golden” lift elevator. Also I absolutely love the interior of the hotel and rooms. The room (king room) is spacious, bright and high ceilings make it even bigger. The bed was very comfortable! It is always important for me to have a comfortable bed and I definitely enjoyed the comfortable bed here. The bathroom is also big and it has good size shower. the young lady at the reception desk is always friendly and helpful. She immediately replied to any questions I have had. My room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided daily. Highly recommend this hotel! I will definitely stay here in future.

It would be great if there could be a restaurant on site with breakfast.

This is a very comfortable hotel, with helpful staff and located centrally. There is a warm, comfortable air raid shelter, which luckily I did not need to use, but it made me feel safe. It is in a beautiful old building, sympathetically decorated.
