Good value, good location. Furniture wasn't the cheapest option it was reasonable (sometimes you see 'for rent' quality of furniture in apartments, that was fixed 10000 times and is broken again, was not the case here), good general interior design, windows are good quality ones as well. Very good mattress. Very cozy balcony with cool view. Very clean room, bathroom was a bit wet in corners, but I suppose it was a mess that previous renters caused. Would definitely rent in again during my next visit to Kyiv.

It was smaller than expected but still fine for one traveler, in fact perfect for me. Like it seems is typical in Ukraine for apartment-hotels there was no reception. I got a text on WhatsApp after booking, and I was told I'd be given instructions on how to get in a little later, and it took a couple hours to get the instructions. I got directions with photos and arrows on the photos pointing out how to get around through a back alleyway and find a key box and enter a code in order to get the key to get in. It seems so easy after you've done it once, but the first entry is pretty difficult, and the rollers on the key box combination didn't slide right into the exact position very well so it was seeming not to work. All the little details if you're not familiar with the process of a no reception stay in an apartment hotel can be frustrating, and it's not terribly reassuring to have to rely on person or company that you don't know to send you a text, not to mention having to rely on your phone, or otherwise you are stranded outdoors in a very foreign city, especially after dark. But for what it is, they did an excellent job with instructions and support helping me get into the apartment, in a timely way, at least after they finally sent the instructions. If you're going to rent an apartment-hotel, don't think you can go sit in a foyer and wait until the time you're able to check in. You'll more likely be sitting outside on the street. Nevertheless, in the end it was perfect for me, and I would want to stay in the same place again when I return.

Great location, very clean and comfortable, and modern, everything you need in the little kitchenette, a good (shared) washer and dryer in the entry way. I especially loved the air conditioning that was easy to adjust with a remote control to the exact prefered temperature, which makes all the difference for getting a good night sleep 💤😴

I booked it for my parents for a few nights in Kyiv. Very satisfied. Superb location. Room is set up with small kitchen, where you have everything needed to make a breakfast. Place for parking in the yard is also very helpful. Personal is great. My dad left his shoes and understood that almost a week after. He received them next day after asking to send shoes to him back home.

Though the housekeeper did a great job, she could've been a bit more polite when notifying us we needed to leave the apartment.

It was so celan, that was the most important thing for us and the employee who show us the room, was very helpful and sweet:) There was everything in the room. Fridge, kettle, microwave.. we really like our room. If you want to go to khreshchatyk street, you need to walk 20 minutes, not far. I hope we can come back again. If it’s happen we absulately stay here..

Did not find anything that I did not like so far. Somehow the view at the apartments overlooking was more pleasant than the inner yard but it was still quite nice.

Nikita who assisted me with a remote checkout is super kind and fast in his responses. That was one more stay that I liked. Probably will be back again to these apartments.

The owner of the apartments is very kind and attentive. My stay definitely overpassed my expectations. The room is really neat, cosy, pleasant to be at, and is geographically located very close to the heart of the city. I think I am going to stay at this property once again when I am in Kyiv next time.

I did not like only neighbour who was smoking in the corridor near flats door. However, we were coming to the room only for sleeping, so it was not a big issue.

The room was very smart and well furnished. All necessary things were there. Especially mini-kitchen was super helpful to warm up the food or just a grab a cup of tea. This room suits very well for people who travelling for the short period and with the small luggage. Overall, attitude was very friendly and flexible. The special part is view from the window to Guliver and Parus Business center.😍 BTW, air-condition saved our lives from the hottest weather in summer.

Great place! Clean, well located , quick answer if you need, great view! ALL you need like a small kitchen , fridge and washing machine. Thats the place i will book again when i will go to Kiev.
