the heat in the bathroom is not controlled. and it can reach 27 degrees sometimes. way too hot, which makes it a bit uncomfortable. as i’ve been explained that they have central heating system that links to the hot water. so if they switch it off than no hot water. would be great if they can fix it tbh. and it would be absolutely the best place to stay in Lviv than

The underfloor heating in the bathroom was difficult to control.

The hotel was very clean and modern, the room was comfortable and despite being located on Rynok square (which can be quite noisy), there were soundproof windows which blocked out the noise. Overall a really nice experience and they also have a shelter within the hotel.

It would have been nice with a breakfast buffet instead of the breakfast only being served in the room. Also very late serving of breakfast, which is not compatible with normal working hours.

A nice little hotel, right in the middle of the old city. Quiet, also at night. Elevator. Very clean. Recently renovated. Good bomb shelter with heating.

I love Lviv so much, and this hotel made my experience even better. The staff are all very kind, and the building and the room are very pretty! Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable and I slept quite well. I appreciated all the little details. They have a shelter in case of an air raid alert, which I could access very easily. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I hope to come back again.

The parking situation could be improoved somehow. I know it is an issue to do that but that is the only point if criticism.

The Location of the Hotel is perfect. Directly in the center and due to very good isolated windows you don't hear anything. The room was big very comforbatble, with, with modern furniture and absolutely clean.

The great thing about the hotel is the location. All the historical places and restaurants were in a few hundred metres. The hotel itself is new, interior is great, same is the service. Recommend you this place for staying. Only warning for the future guests is to be ready that Lviv city is very limited by the car parking lots, so if you are travelling by the car - be ready that all the parking lots will be paid (250-400 UAH per day). Anyway the hotel shares a document with all places you can park your car in the center of the city nearby the hotel, which is also great!
