We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwedenGreat location next to Palace Ukraine (although a bit hidden in a residential house), and super friendly staff. 4 different breakfast options available, that were delivered to your room at a time of your choosing. Comfy bed, good utensils, warm water in shower. Everything worked fine, and the staff were easy to talk with using Google Translate. A couple of really good restaurants nearby. All in all a good place to stay for a couple of days as a business traveller. Just be aware that you might have to take the stairs some days when there are power outages, so people with wheelchairs should look for another place. I will definitely go back to this place next time I go to Kyiv.

Additional one could be provided upon request. The breakfast was 4 preset options. Good enough to satisfy. I was very pleased with value-for-money ratio!

Turkey-One Major issue is that the hotel is correctly mapped on booking.com but is incorrect on googlemaps, when you search for 7 sky on shchorsa street it automaticly sends you to another 7sky apart on klinichna street, not knowing this we went there first and got lost, i tried to phone but as the english speaking level was quite low we couldnt communicate, lost 2 hours trying to find the right hotel, please correct your location on googlemaps!!, for this hotel you have to search for "Seven Heaven Hotel "not "7sky on schorsa", then it shows you the correct andress. -One small issue is that having breakfast in the room was a bit uncomfortable beacuse of the sofa and little table provided were too low and werent enough for two people, room isnt too big but maybe a small stool or somthing could be added to the room as i had to sit on the floor while eating, not a big issue but it can be improved.
Location is great 3stops by metro or halfhour walk to city center, staff english wasnt quite enough but they were very helpfull, rooms are nicely decoreted and daily cleaned, beds were really comfy, bathroom was flawless,wifi was strong, 24hr reseption, you choose from 4 types of breakfast amd they bring it in the morning,market just below the hotel, free luggage leave service, conviniently priced. Would love to stay there again.

Czech RepublicWe had expectations given from Booking about the room. The order contained BALCONY and we were really looking forward to having one during hot days but there was no balcony! So we catch on bait in booking :-(
We really like the service from the staff, professional and kind. We were surprised how much. The room was nice and clean. On hot days we appreciate the A/C. The door service is 24/7.

PolandEverything was great! It was a wonderful stay, the room was very nice, everything new, always clean. In the room there is a fridge, AC, kettle, glasses and plates, even a corkscrew. There are robes and hotel shoes as well as set of cosmetics, sawing kit etc. The staff ladies were extremely helpful, always smiling and kind. Breakfast was always on time. The location is also great - metro station is very close and it takes only a few minutes to get to the main tourist attractions in Kiev. There are also some nice restaurants in the neighbourhood and a little shop in the next building.
