The elevator was very scary. The door closes really fast and if you are in between you get stuck. You basically have a few seconds to get in. With two big luggages and a dog that wasn't easy. The receptionist who spoke English was rather rude. I lived in Kyiv two years and I know the friendliness is sometimes lacking but she wasn't kind at all. We got three different keys for the house/ hotel and room and one of them fell in the elevator shaft. She was not happy about that even though I paid for it (only cash also for the mini bar). Also she complained that my dogs feet were dirty and made stains in the carpet. It was raining all day and yes, dogs don't wear shoes and their feet get muddy ... if you don't like dogs then don't allow them to stay (I paid extra for the dog of course).

We booked the Suite. We had a very nice room, comfortable bed, big bath / shower combination and a beautiful balcony with an amazing view over Kyiv from the 12th floor

The bathroom is small, ok for short and tiny people like me, would be inconvenient for tall people.

The location is super convenient. The staff was kind and ready to help. There's a possibility to iron clothes, which I appreciate a lot.

For its price it’s amazing. I liked that there were enough towels, and everything that a little inn needs. Slippers and sewing kit were my favorite things. Location is also perfect, it’s right in the city center!

Room was a little different from what I expected- nut nevertheless, nice enough. Water stream in the shower was not strong enough. Seemed as though the window in the bedroom never really closed until the end, you could hear a bit of noise and a tiny opening letting some cold air into the room- and we're on the 12th floor- pretty damn cold.

The elevator really made me scared. The old lady at the entrance doesn't understand English neither do we Ukranian. So, our entrance was full of shouting :) .The bathroom could use a renevation but all in all it was a good experience.

The location is truly amazing. I could be able to walk around the city center easily. It was quite close to the restaurants, tourist attractions and the city center of course.

A few more signs to find the hotel would have been helpful. You will receive the instructions via message on booking, but an arrow always helps.

In general the location is perfect, its close to the main road, but I did not have any problems with the noise. Friendly staff and a cozy room.

Keep in mind that the Opera theater is located on the opposite side of the road, so if there are some official events taking place there on you dates, you can have some police control to just go in and out the hotel, which was my case. It's not a fault of the hotel obviously.

A nice view, a metro station is close as well as the city center. Everything is available within a walking distance. Free tea/coffee, even a disposable toothbrush was provided, which is handy if you forget yours. Helpful and friendly personnel.
