This is just a little constructive criticism: when asking for a ride to the airport the default assumption is that they call a taxi for some price less than I paid coming from the railway station. In any case the front desk ought to say yes we can use the hotel car service for the following price. That is the proper way to do it.

The staff at the front desk are super nice. I also got a much nicer room than the last time I stayed at Leopolis - bigger, brighter and lot of water to drink which I appreciate.

We liked the location in the old part of Lviv and the fact that the hotel has a shelter. A special thanks to Evelina and Andrij who both welcomed us on arrival; it was our first stay in Ukraine and will not be our last. Evelina recommended a great restaurant (Shalom) and Andrij even walked us to the Money Exchange as we only had Euro. The hotel restaurant served good food and we enjoyed Ukrainian white wine. It was a great stay!

View from my window wasn’t great and a bit noisy outside ..

It was clean, food was amazing especially Borsh with pampushki. Stuff was very helpful and polite. Helped me to get a transfer , taxi, adaptor , power bank and in general were very friendly!

Really great place for our family meeting between Germany and Eastern Ukraine. Very supporting staff and every request was easily met -- a breath of fresh air after traveling mostly in Western Europe in recent years.

Super friendly staff, excellent location, spotless clean both, room and corridors, comfortable beds, has its own parking, has option not to take breakfaat. What else one couls ask for? Oh yes, has also a spa, which we, unfortunately didn't use.

For hotel guests booking services, the spa should be included (rather than be available at an extra charge). I appreciate why the hotel organizes it this way- to provide guests with total privacy- but it would be nice to have the spa available for at least 1 hour before or after a service. Aside from this, everything was perfect.

The hotel staff were really lovely, friendly, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and breakfast room as well as the outdoor courtyard really enjoyable. I also had a massage my first night which was excellent, would highly recommend the young man (forgot to ask his name). Room was very comfortable and had everything I needed and wanted, including plush bathrobes and slippers.

The only negative is the taxi pickup and dropoff which is a one-way dead end street. We almost missed out train since it took the car so long to back out in reverse down the entire street. Gym equipment could be upgraded.

Staff has been helpful and accommodating. They deserve a raise! Parking right in front of the hotel (semi-public). Usable gym. Possibility to discover the city starting from the doorstep. Last but not least: a proper hair dryer. Not many hotels get that right!
