The kitchen staff are performing exceptional service too. Foods ordered are always ready on time but they should try to add more dishes to the menu. More variety of dishes to choose from would be great.

The hostel service is great. The laundry is open 24/7 and the administrators are always available to assist you. The hostel is always neat and tidy, thumbs up to the chambermaids they are doing excellent service.

Absolutely Nothing, I love everything!

The property is very neat and tidy, comes with clean bedsheets and towels. There’s a chambermaid that comes to clean the room, changes your bedsheets and pillowcases every week. There’s a restaurant in the hostel that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can make special meal orders too and it can be arranged. The hostel is located near a supermarket (mega market), a local market, many pharmacies, coffee shops and restaurants.

Absolutely Nothing.

Kiev hostel offers one of the best hostel accommodation and services in Ukraine. The environment is neat and tidy, everything is well kept. They have very friendly staff like Tatiana, Oksana, Julia and many others. They all work so hard to make your stay experience exceptional, it’s worth every penny.

There wasn’t a kitchen for those who wanted to cook food but i was allowed to use the kitchen in the evening when I needed to do some light egg boilings.

Socks smell in the first evening. Inhabitants don't give a damn about restriction of phone talkings in corridor, so it could be loud

You really can feel private in these beds. Kitchen has hot water, tea, sugar, all for free, refrigerator and dining area. Above that you can buy some food or drinks here. Staff is really helpful. Getting in/out is pretty easy. Really liked it 😜

I stayed in the KIEV Hostel 1 night - 02 Oct 2021. Though the location is not convenient (20 min by walk from "Nivki" subway, all the other things are great - personnel, cleaniness, comfort, canteen to eat, bed to sleep in. I paid for it 201 uah (almost 7.5 usd for 1 night). Recommend others to stay here - in case location is not an issue for you.

I love the location because the are places to eat around and even a bazar. pharmacies, etc. Also the bus station is right around the corner. They have English speaking employees and it made it easier to communicate.

20-minute walk to the metro station which is not an issue unless you've got a lot of luggage.

People at the reception and the cleaning ladies were incredibly nice and helpful. The room was very clean and the capsule bed provided enough privacy even for a 8-person room. Bathrooms were also clean and almost always empty since there were way more men in the hostel than women.

Only downside is the location. It's far away from the city center. Other travellers also mentioned it, I thought it won't be problem but after 3 days of back and forth to the center I got tired. If you are here as a traveller not the best location. But if you r here for doing some business or you r a student (most people in the hostel were like that) then it's a good deal.

It's modern, beds are super comfortable, clean, showers are hot and with good pressure. People are quiet and respectful. Staff is friendly.

Surprisingly nothing.

Well equipped, quite modern. Reception extremely nice and always there to help. Room is nice, bed in comfy, nice locker underneath. Always clean, no lack of toilet paper or so. Vacuuming and cleaning every single day. I would definitely return. Also cheap laundry, it was about 1,5€. Also the kitchen and canteen, microwave, fridge.
