Nice hotel for it's money. A bit out of the way, but if you are by car or metro, does not matter much, provides very good value for money. Facilities, cleanliness are all at expected level.

Quite loud fridge - you can`t turn it off.

Room was clean and quiet. Hotel have a parking for costumers, there is a shopping mall 7 minutes on foot. Location is in the middle of residential area - you can`t hear any noise from traffic.

Only possible negatives that I could think of would be the lack of an English menu for the restaurant next door - scanning the QR code takes you to a Facebook post with only a Ukrainian menu. Fortunately I knew a little bit of Russian so I could read a few of the menu items and somewhat communicate with the waiters, but without it, I wouldn't have had any idea how I'd have ordered.

Hotel was in very good condition. Despite the harsh, snowy, and sludgy weather, the entrance was always clean and the stairs weren't slippery at all. Reception was open all the time and the staff working there were very polite; bathroom was cleaned everyday and the towels were also replaced with fresh ones. Shower took little to no time to warm up and shampoo was also provided in a dispenser. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets just a few minutes from the hotel which are open until quite late in the evening. There are also bus stops not too far from the hotel that take you to the nearby Nyvky metro station which then takes around ~15 minutes to get to the centre of the city; walking to the station takes around 25 minutes if you'd rather avoid buses. Bed was also very comfy and the TV worked perfectly fine; no better hotel in Kyiv for a solo traveller :)

Equipment in general, from the boiler for tea to the television and the total lack of a phone to call the reception.

The Restaurant, aside from the music, the food is amazing. Prices are competitive, and is close to a train station, but far from the Metro.

Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom as someone smoked in the adjusting rooms despite the hotel ban.

No elevators, but no problem, nice workout to 5th floor. Smokers are right outside main entrance, would be nice if they moved smoking area away from any entrance so you dont get bad cigarette smell entering building..would be nice also if they had a bigger refrigerator and a sink outside the bathroom so you can wash dishes and also i hope in future they will include stove so you can cook in room also. Overall still a good experience

Good location to bus routes or metro station, clean room, clean bedding and towels, staff would knock on door to see if you need replacement towels or cleaning. Bed was comfortable enough, had ac, room was spacious, didnt hear neighborbors next door, good sound proofing. Also staff is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. So any issues you can bring to their attention with no delays))

No lift or some one to help! Location was far from centre but good in quite area next to supermarket Room windows without curtains and sun was very strong Room size was quite small and bathrooms too. Shampoo was of cheap quality

Soundproofing.

We took deluxe room and it was a right choice. Room wasn't big but contained everything we need for comfort stay. Additional lighting options helped to create right mood and awesome shower. Totally recommend.

It is quite a long way away from the city centre and about 30 minutes walk from the Metro

The hotel staff are always very friendly and helpful. They printed out my boarding cards for me and resolved all my queries.

I stayed for 3 nights the price was total 2. 748 UA. the employee said u can pay for one night 840UAK, Next night the employee said the price increased to 972!!!!!!! I asked the employee that my booking price 2748UAK,... why they charge more.? And even on the 3rd night the price becomes 1000 ~... So guy's @booking.com Advice..

Shared bathroom was inconveniant Party hotel with a lot of noise! No soundproofing whatsoever The room did not feel clean at all No elevator A long list of negatives In short i would only recomend if you have no other option or you do not mind noise

Room never been cleaned ten days stayed there just önce cleaned was last day 😂😂😂😂 and l have arrived 19 agust l send message l.will be late that night girl reception no word of english and they sold my room. So l.didnt have room that morning 2 am l.asked can l stay here till morning which iş google translate 😂😂 she sad know leave the hotel. This hospitality from her And misreable girl never smiled l never forget bad experince in my life that morning but suddenley she told me with google she has room suit and l.didnt have choice l paid 77 dollar for few hours sleep and all floor s you can see bin bags waiting hours from.cleaners left and Never again
