Very convenient location - 10 minutes by car to the center of Lviv. The hotel has friendly staff and friendly managers. The room is very clean. The room had a huge terrace, probably the size of the room itself, with a great view of the lake. We were in April, when the air temperature was not conducive to water activities. So we visited the SPA, where, in addition to numerous types of baths, steam rooms, saunas, relaxation rooms, there are several indoor pools - 1 for newborns, 1 for children, 2 large pools with a depth of 1.2 meters each - the temperature is warm and pleasant for swimming. As for food - there are several fine dining restaurants on site - we really liked the Terra restaurant and the Silence restaurant, which is located on the hill. The hotel offers very tasty breakfasts - a buffet with a huge selection of dishes. A large well-kept territory is surrounded by a forest, there is a small zoo. It's nice to walk by the lake. In winter, there is an ice skating rink and a ski lift.

the single negative moment was a rude barman. I've visited the bar a couple of times and every time the barman was a kind of rude

The only thing, that upset me is that we travelled via electric car and the parking slot near hotel with charging station was occupied by fuel cars.

Awesome SPA. Amazing Breakfast with different options, comfy Rooms, nice territory. Overall it is one of the most expensive places to stay in Ukraine but it definitely worth the price.

Noise from the construction of a new hotel building. Very noisy doors and rooms situated closely to each other. The management does not enforce the quietness policy - you need to decide if you are a family hotel or a hotel for young people to drink till the morning and shout songs on their balconies. I have not seen a single security guard doing rounds during the night sleep hours!

Only 1 thing, that your TV have only YouTube app installed, and don't have apps with films like Megogo, Netflix etc. And you can download it. Android cast also don't wotk because TV in another Wifi network. Yes, you can use browser, but it is much harder with TV remote. So, just download there some popular apps. More than YouTube only.

I found the staff to be somewhat unhelpful during my stay. Additionally, the electricity cutoff meant that many of the spa's features were unavailable, which was a bit disappointing. While I enjoyed the spa overall, this was certainly a downside to my experience.

The hotel has a beautiful design and a great overall ambiance. The spa is very big and offered many options for relaxation and rejuvenation. While affected by an electricity cutoff during my stay, the spa was still quite comfortable. The restaurant was a standout feature for me, with some of the best food I've ever had and an amazing breakfast.

But this hotel is not the best option if you are looking for silent vacation without children. We were there almost on holidays and the noise from kids was everywhere. We would like to see zones without any children at all.

Gorgeous, new and modern hotel. One of the best hotels in Ukraine, that placed in nature on the lake. Hotel include a very good restaurant, that serve fantastic breakfast and dinner. We had amazing time in very clean and beautiful SPA, especially we were surprised by staff there.
