I don’t think anything could have been better.

The staff are very helpful and professional. Nothing is a problem for them. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the hotel is within walking distance of many areas of interest around Kyiv.

Only thing, that I was not happy about was service at Hotel restaurant. It took 40 min to get breakfast. There were 4 of us, and 2 other guests. At the end they forgot about coffe. Better to eat outside Hotel.

WiFi was really weak, someone needs to go through and look at the details. For example I had a “Suite” but the shower head was broken. Or the door Handel to my room came off in my hand. Little things the manager should be checking up on.

The staff was great and friendly. The girls at the desk truly tried to help make this trip a success. Kiev is a noisy city, but from my room you can’t tell….. very quite.

Restaurant could be better.

Eat in Restaurant first morning, then found a lot of lovely places to eat less than a kilometre away, opposite arsenela metro station. which by the way is the deepest metro in the world.

The reception should not really require filling out forms with personal data for Booking.com guests, since they already have all the data electronically in the booking itself. Also, no breakfast, since the restaurant on the 3rd floor is not associated with hotel. And they open only at 10 am )

Everything was clean, the room was comfortable and well-equipped, and there's a spacious parking place right in front (free of charge)

I had an afternoon flight....it should of been a relaxing morning until I decided to have breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel(sadly there are few other restaurants close by). Firstly, I had to go down to the reception to see if the restaurant was open as no one was there. Next, despite going down to find the waiter, the waiter proceeded to serve a customer he knew well rather than me (despite the fact I had to go to reception to find him) After serving the customer he liked, he then proceeded to make a phone call rather than serve me.....he took so long that I decided to go and have a shower and then return in the hope everything would be better ( this was my major error). On returning, he took my order (and I told him I had a flight to catch) but then the waiter proceeded to make another phone call before giving the order to the chef. Eventually he remembered to submit my order after 10 more minutes of talking and then finally when the breakfast arrived it was the wrong one(which I didn't want but had to eat as I had no time to waste). What should have been a relaxing breakfast before my flight turned into a stressful experience which made me late to the airport. This level of terrible service is not acceptable in a 1 star cafe, never mind a hotel. It was an absolutely terrible experience and ruined my last day in Kyiv.

The reception staff are lovely and the rooms are spacious and clean.

Two things that I don’t like: - the bed wasn’t really double, it’s two beds with a space between staying close to each other. Not a queen bed at all. - What I found really bad is the bathroom. From the first view it’s fine, but after we find out it’s dirty and also there were 2-3 cockroaches. For me that’s like -7 points immediately.

The price was good, the staff is very nice, location is fine (we have checked the map while booking).
