Some items within villa need replacing - chipped and cracked crockery, some more mugs etc but overall excellent

Location excellent as 5 mins to main resort but away from the noise and hustle bustle. Villa gorgeous, air con worked great, pool and garden lovely and well maintained. Staff were great, manager available to order cabs for us and answer questions.

Clean, comfortable, modern, but in a Turkish style 

Everyone is so friendly and the owner is fantastic hands on with everything. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay, our garden apartment was clean, beautiful and the Turkish bath was a romantic touch. We couldn’t thank all the members of safe for all there hard work and making new friends. See you all soon

Nothing we were happy

We were really happy with this hotel. The breakfast was really good, staff very friendly and pool (with access from our balcony) was lovely. The location is on the edge of the main shops/restaurants area but this was fine for us as only a short walk and meant it was quiet.

Its the 3rd time I visited Oludeniz and so far Z exclusive has been my fav hotel. Good location, great rooms, nice pool (all rooms has a balcony that has direct access to the pool) & very friendly staff. Gul, Mustafa & Meral were so friendly and helpful. They were working so hard to make our stay enjoyable and they made sure that we have the best experience. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone for their Oludeniz trip!!!

Away from the main din of Oludeniz, relaxed environment. Rooms large with kettle and coffee and tea. Excellent fresh breakfast. Very nice pool. Staff were very attentive and helpful all the time. We had a great stay thank you!

The villa was within walking distance to the beach. Everyone was very friendly. Lovely views. The villa is very private and a nice layout. We had a friendly cat that we adopted for the holiday and my children loved it.

The hotel is set back about 10 mins walk from the beach, which is both relatively quiet and convenient, with easy parking. It is beautifully landscaped with plenty of greenery and an excellent pool area. We stayed in one of the villas which was perfect for a family of 4, with two bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. The outdoor space with garden and private pool is very calm and private. The staff were very friendly and helpful, helping us to make the most of exploring the wider area. We stayed during the second half of October which was a fantastic time to be in southern Turkey, and made the whole experience even more tranquil and relaxing.

Everything was great during our stay here. It is close to the beach (7-9 min walk), but reasonably far from the noisy pubs. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the pool and garden are amazing. The breakfast was great and the staff was really helpful and genuine. They also have a bar and restaurant on site with good food and more reasonable prices than the beachside restaurants and pubs.

The room was quite dirty and untidy, a lot of stains and holes on the bed linen, spoiled bathroom door, moldy, the room looked pretty old, everything was done quite cheaply, not tasty coffee in the sticks, a monotonous breakfast
